Darth Crimson Dragan Fantastic Death Abyss toothbrushxalmighty Just to throw my two cents in... the manga SUCKED SUCKED SUCKED SUCKED SUCKED! I sat in Barnes and Noble for two hour reading it cover to cover, in hopes of it getting better. But it didn't. It just sucked more. What a shame. It had the potentialityof being awesome. ..I did that.
Not with the Labyrinth Manga.
With the Chobits ones.

sweatdrop Haha, yeah. I would do that, too if I had the time. ._. I did that. Except in Chapters. With Deathnote. I read at least half the series in there, and never bought one. I almost feel guilty, come to think of it. neutral

I think manga (like anime) is way too expensive to buy unless you know it's good. So I pirate first and purchase if it's worth it.
I may be a sociopath.
The crap art and bad fanfic plot means I'm not buying the Labyrinth manga. I mean, even if it were well-written, it's been done and it's not even what most of the fandom would be interested in! We like Sarah, not Toby.

But the point of the labyrinth was that Jareth wanted SARAH in the first place, and he was someone she made up to solve her problems in the real world. All the tests he put her through were to make her a stronger and better person. The whole kidnapping Toby thing was for her to realize that she did care for Toby even though she didn't think so.

M e r r i c k Crimson_Dragan M e r r i c k Oh man. I bought the manga over break, and I read it yesterday. Now, I've only ever read one other manga before, but I know when something is crap. The Labyrinth manga is quite possibly one of the worst literary let-downs I've run into. 1. The plot was unbelievably weak 2. The art didn't match the characters from the movie 3. The attempted humor was horrid 4. Cliff-hangers are supposed to make you want to read the next installment (or atleast make you angry that they didn't tell you what happens) - I have no urge for either I've decided that I'm just going to use it as a coloring book. Perhaps I will white-out the words and write my own in later. What a waste of money. When I was little, my sister and I only used to scribble some crayon lines, and turned to the next page, so my dad got us phone books to colour in. xd I was so pissed off that I wasted money on that comic, that I made my own version of it. Once I find a scanner, I'll scan all of the pages, and put it online for all to read. ^^ Good news everyone. xd .... After about 8 months, I found the notebook I drew the parody comic in.
