I think that IF Denny had died eraly on in the show, she wouldnt have had a chance to have gotten to know him, she problably wouldnt have fallen in love with him. So when he died she wouldnt have been so distraught with the death of a loved one. She would have gotten over it much quicker, and she never would have been on probation for cutting his wire.
Would she have stayed with Alex?? NO, I dont think so..Izzie is smart and she knows that Alex is not a 1 woman man. He is alot like Mark, and wants to have sex with many different women.....
WHAT IF....Cristina tells Burke that after long consideration and deep thought, she doesnt wanna marry him?? that she said yes bc she felt it was what he wanted, and she just wasnt sure yet what she wanted???

This really could happen...you can see the chain of events leading up to it. He seems to care for her in a way he never cared for Izzie...
WHAT IF...Callie takes George even AFTER knowing he slept with Izzie??

WHAT IF...Meredith had died at the end of "Some Kind of Miracle"? Now I didn't want her to die because the show would have died with her and this sounds really morbid, but think about it: What would have happened to all of the cast, especially McDreamy?

McDreamy would have changed so drastically he wouldn't even be McDreamy anymore. Plus, I think that Cristina and Burke's and George and Callie's relationships would suffer. Don't ask why, I just think it would happen.
what if Izzy gets pregnant after she and George had the Shmex?

WHAT IF....Alex finds out that jane doe was a recent old girlfriend and that after the surgery her memory comes back and she tell Alex that the baby is possibly his????

What if The Board knew the "right now" plan was Bailey's instead of McIcky *coughcough* I mean, um, McSteamy's?

Then they would know that Bailey was really the right person for the chief position all along AND would be able to handle it unlike McIcky----oh sorry--Mark(?) WHAT IF.....Callie had an even BIGGER secret therefore off setting Georges sex with Izzie and George found out?? Then Callie couldnt be upset with Georges sex BC her secret was bigger??? ( does that make sense???)

Then Meredith would have been even more mad at Derek for not telling her that " technically" he was still married...
WHAT IF...When Addison came to Seattle Grace for the first time-it wasnt to work, but just to hand Derek Divorce papers and have him sign them????
