Drez when up carefully to Vorel, just to be on the safe side and was haveing his tongue going in and out to 'see' the dragon. When he got close to the dragon he scrached Vorel under his chin and found that he felt really cool and he just love the texture. "You feel really neat, Vorel!!" Drez said to the dragon. He motion to Fleur to come up and pet Vorel to show that he wasn't all that mean but cool.
When Drez hear the word rideing Vorel he thought that was cool. He also wondered if Vorel would give anyone rides.

Fleur squirmed uncomfortably but finally made himself get closer to the scary dragon when Drez started petting him. Vorel seemed to be very obedient - maybe he just looked scary but was more like a big puppy. The skunk reached out and pet the large dragon, blinking at the strange texture.

"Or maybe, he'll bite your head off!" snarled Caden as he loomed menacingly behind Fleur. "Or maybe, he'll snatch you up in his big huge claws and carry you up into the sky with him... and drop you!" To punctuate his last phrase, the he grabbed his victim's shoulders and dug in his claws just hard enough not to draw blood. Caden let go after a few moments, and sauntered casually over to the juice boxes, knowing well enough that he couldn't really start a fight without justification. But really, that skunk boy was just too pathetic. He was just asking to be beaten up. Caden opened another frozen juice box and licked his popsicle while disdainfully regarding Fleur.

Ligeia shook his head as he looked over at Caden, "I assure you all that Vorel wouldn't do that." He said, then thought on it. He wondered for a moment on something then added, "Not to say all dragons are as nice though, you shouldn't approach them all or pet on them without asking their partners." He could just imagine what his brother's dragon would do to some random kid that came up to her and tried to pet her or something.
He looked between the four boys, "Would you four like to go on a dragon ride?" He asked, hoping to distract them and keep Caden from picking on Fleur anymore.

Fleur's tail frizzed at Caden's words until it looked not unlike a feather duster, and when he felt Caden's claws dig into his arms, he could not help spraying again though thankfully not as much as the first time since the glands were still recovering. The skunk whimpered and hid behind Drez and Ligeia, tucking his tail between his legs as best as he could.

Drez felt that Fleur hid behide him and snaked his tail around fleur's feet to confort him better. He turned and looked at Caden just to 'see' him and flicked his tongue out. Drez turned as eyes got bigger as Ligeia mentioned a dragon ride. "I would like one," he said.

Nibal nodded sagely at Ligeia's warning. His dad had told him about a few of the meaner dragons and how they weren't like Vorel here at all. At the owl boy's offer, Nibal practically hopped in place. "I would! I would!" He grinned and eyed Vorel. Even just getting to sit on the dragon would be cool in the frog boy's book.

You'd think he'd learn after the first time around, but Caden wasn't exactly the brightest crayon in the box. Instead, he ended up waving his paws in front of him and rubbing at his watering eyes after another faceful of skunk stink. He opened his mouth to take a breath, but letting the smell come into contact with his jacobsen's organ only made things worse. Caden stumbled backwards until he was a safe distance from Fleur, still coughing and sputtering.
