one piece, cowboy bebop, and bleach are my top 3. not in any order.
i also like FMA and naruto, but i'm SICK of the naruto fillers.
oh, and i only like them japanese version with subs. dubbed anime is so lame.

Favorites: Dragonball Z (yup my name says it all!) Pretear, Inuyasha, DN Angel,Ninja Scroll,Loveless, Hellsing, Petshop Of Horrors, Gundam Wing and Wolf's Rain.

My favorite is Fullmetal Alchemist, in both anime and manga (although I've only read the first 8 volumes so far). I think, personally, that the anime was extremely well-written, the characters are developed to points where you're able to relate to them (and it pretty much gets to the point where you start saying "Poor homunculi" because of that), and it's long enough to have a good plotline, while short enough to not leave plotholes. While the manga is a completely different story, I'm enjoying it, and so far, it's doing exactly what I liked about the anime so much.
Here are some others, though, in no specific order:
Neon Genesis Evangelion
Cardcaptor Sakura (only seen the anime)
AzuManga Daioh
Fruits Basket (I prefer the manga over the anime)
Detective Conan/Case Closed (I prefer the manga to the anime, because the anime very obviously is targeted for younger watchers than the manga)
Black Cat (only read the manga)
InuYasha's okay for a while, but it's starting to get repetitive.
And I'm one of those weird people that watches dubs. eek Except Conan and Momiji, I'm fine with most english voices and have no issue with the dub.
Unless the dub was horribly chopped to bits, and shouldn't be compared with the original like One Piece.

If you've never heard of or seen Demon Lord Dante you should....It is awsome. heart
