You get the card from the guy sitting on the bench just outside the library in Balamb garden. (NOTE: You can only get it from him after you participate in about half of the 'card queen' side quest)
.... um..... lemme think on this one...... .... I have a few... so I'll ask them all and whoever can answer the most of them correctly... if any at all... get's the next question. In the event of a tie... I'll go with who got it first.
I'll stick with VIII.... but I don't know if that's a good idea... oh well.
1. How much HP does Omega Weapon have at lv 100?
2. How much does he have at his lowest level?
3. What is his lowest level?
4. What do you get (in your menu) when you beat him?

At LV 100, Omega Weapon has a massive 10 million HP 2. At his lowest level, he still has 1 million HP 3. Omega's lowest level, like any creature, is 1. 4. The item acquired from him (if I remember correctly) is Three Stars.

I thought they were easy! crying I havent' really begun to stress myself yet. Like what's Shadow's real name or who was Relm's mother? Or What classification of Shin-Ra military was responsible for Zack's death? (i.e. normal soldier, commander, SOLDIER 1-3rd Class, etc.) there are many questions that would challenge even me and I have yet to ask those questions. But for now I'll just say it's Draco's turn.
The answers were:
1. 1,161,000 HP @ lv 100
2. 437,000 HP @ lowest level
3. His lowest level is actually 47.
4. Three Stars, but I was talking about the "Proof of Omega" Option you get in the menu, both answers were considered correct.
now so I can stop asking questions... please... Draco you come up with one.
