Yes, but the resulting death of Cloud would piss off many, many, many fans and cause an uprising like none that has NEVER been seen before.
Sure, the Sephiroth fans and possibly Cleris fans may like it, but, it'll be complete and utter chaos.
I wish in FF7, there was a sex-change materia so that Cloud could become a girl and Tifa could become a dude and whateva

Granted, but the sideffects of that Materia include Confusion, Mini, Bio, Demi, Sleep, Silence, Toad, Slow-Petrify, Berserk, Sadness and sometimes Death. And one sideffect that they didn't know until too late was "retaining your characteristics *ahem* after you transform back.
