"Yeah!" Tynan's companion said, leaping out from his hiding spot and landing infront of Vincent. "About time you got here. I was bored out of my mind waiting for you," he said while stretching. "You're gonna be facing me for now."
"Is that all you've got?" Tynan asked Arlen, baiting him further. "We both know that that magic is useless in a fight. There's no sense in healing your enemy." he said, grinning as he noticed the sky completely blacked out by the eclipse.
He's right, Arlen thought and reached down to pull out something different. He just closed his grip around the blue fire from the other night when the sun was cut off completely. His eyes widened as he collapsed backwards, the White Flame vanishing as the backlash sapped what energy he had.

Xaldin almost swung his sword at Ukaia, then remembered that Tynan wanted her. Sighing loudly, he defended himself with his staff, stepping back to avoid her claws. At the same time, he growled at Baizou, the sword glowing as he held it before the magic Bia sent; it drank in most of it, though some managed to wrap around the man. Cursing, Xaldin looked to the sun, then giggled. "Oh... now it is time... Time time time... deftly, he vanished into thin air; however, Baizou would probably still be able to locate him through the magic that had been tangled around him.
Vincent glared at that man, knowing he was at a distinct disadvantage in such tight quarters. Giving another roar, he swung his tail at the man, almost hitting Baizou and Ukaia in the process.

Uakai had been ready to catch that sword with her claws. But she was glad when he wasn't using it. She grinned seeing the magic around him more.
However when Vincen't nearly hit her she blinked starteld.. mabye .. Yep LIlly was close.. and Arlen was looking uncconcious. she dodged and attempted to scoop up Lily with out slipping and faling.

Baizou's heart beat against his chest as he pleaded with himself to stay awake. He kept his senses locked on Xaldin and kept a hold on his magic, trying to control it as best he could.

"Woah!" The man said, lifting his hands up as the earth rose and wrapped around Vincent's tail. Pressing them down the earth compressed down on the tail pushing it into the ground. "You're pretty fiesty, eh Sparky?"
Tynan chuckled as he watched Arlen collapsed. He kept an eye on Ukaia as he started wrapping the shadow of the moon around Arlen.
Tynan was interrupted as Guan leapt from the trees, clad in an ornate suit of white and gold porcelain armor bearing a phoenix motif to match his wardrobe. He slamed a red and gold Halberd into the ground by Arlen's feet, somehow it pushed back the encroaching darkness.
"You're supposed to be dead!" Tynan yelled at the elderly man.
"Don't believe everything you hear, child." Guan said calmly, staring down Tynan.

When Ukaia reached for Lily, Xaldin contemplated, then let it go. Baizou came first. Crossing his sword and staff, he shouted incoherently, and sent a spell his way. This one was air, compressed and sped up, sharp enough to cut through skin and even bone, if the boy wasn't fast enough.
Vincent howled in his rage, fighting to clear his tail. As he did, he swiped at the man with his left claw, hissing, trying to keep him at a safe distance.

Ukaia cnagged LIly and picke dup her dead weight slipping a little bit in the wet ground. She hurried away from them.
"please lily" she whiispered. her magic flowed rapidly onto her hoping it was enough to heal the wound on the side of LIly's head

Baizou dodged the major force of it, but he could feel the outer force rip at the skin on his left side. He would have screamed if he had the ability to. What little magic he had on the other man, he twisted with as much energy he could muster before falling over. The cold was overtaking him and he would be very vulnerable soon.

The man sighed as he lifted his hand, causing a storm of jagged diamonds to erupt from the ground and sever Vincent's claw. "Man I was hoping that you would have some challenge," sighing again he cracked his neck. "This is just boring."
A twitch of Tynan's finger and Guan charged, weaving inbetween the jagged spikes of shadow that Tynan threw at him while he closed with the man.
Tynan furrowed his brow and actually had to step back to dodge the man's fist while the shadowy tendrils rose from the ground to hoist the elderly man into the air. "Is that the best you can do? Was that supposed to take me out?"

Xaldin's howl melded with Vincent's, and he doubled over before falling to his knees. Growling again at Bai, he pulled a knife from his boot, then flung it at his right knee. Then, knowing that Lily was where he wanted, the mage nodded. "Goodbye, Tynan! Good luck with your thing!" he called, giving a cheeky wave before he shrugged off the clutches of Baizou's magic. With that, he was gone, vanished back to his lair.
The wound healed, but Lily remained prostrate, eyes closed, expression peaceful. Between the wound and the curse, she'd fallen into a coma, and would not wake for some time.
After howling his pain, Vincent snarled and lunged forward, freeing his tail. Using a touch of his magic, he kept the severed claw animated, and as he went to catch the man in his teeth, the part continued to swipe at him, attempting to rip flesh from bone.

Ukaai was afraid of Arlen. At least Lily was ok now and not hurt. She hoped. She headed for Bai

Baizou only barely heard Ukaia's voice as his magical eye began to open, making his physical eyes give off an unnatural glow. The blade made contact, but only skidded across his leg before flying back into the grass. For now, his magic would keep him awake, but once that was up, he could die.

Uakai made her way over to him
"Come on/ We need to get out of here" she said with a growl ad she wrappe dher other arm around him.
"Do you need magic Lil bai?" she asked holding tightly onto him hopeing to get them both to safty

No matter the outcome of his actions, Vincent found himself unable to sustain the blood-loss. He fell to the ground, where he shimmered and shifted back into human form, unconscious.

Baizou shook his head, gently pushing her away. He gave her an apologetic look and gestured to the other's in need of help. His magic never reacted well mixed with Tomo's and at the moment, he was like a magic bomb. He stumbled to his feet, having walked home in worse condition. Baizou gestured everyone ahead, intending to catch up.
