Relm smiled softly, inadvertently watching the hummingbird male -something that a few more observant family members noticed. The kitsu witch beamed at the compliment. "Oh, I'm sure she's improved too, since the last time you ate there." Her tone was slightly knowing & her brown eyes flashed with intelligence. "But thanks. I'm glad you like it."

She sat down, lightly picking at her own food, her thoughts obviously having taken a turn inward. "I really should come over for a while. Miranda & I can swap recipes. And maybe..." She blushed a little & Remus chuckled softly, knowing on whom her thoughts were. "...Maybe Helen has some sage advice for a little problem I'm having."

"Whyn't you join me when I go see Naruto after breakfast, Ginny?" She smiled at the kitsu but cast the artist a slightly dark gaze. Relm would have reacted but her mouth was full. Unlike Keme she was likely to feel more at ease meeting his family on her own, without any family members around. Rikku would know that; and she had obviously concluded that Relm & Keme were intending to go there next. "We can even give Azure & Perun a lift over if they want." The cat yawned from his perch while Ginny considered. [I wouldn't mind seeing Reign again. Or meeting the other cats.] Perun remarked as if indifferent.

"All right! I'll come!" Ginny decided with a sure nod of her head, red mane flying.

"Ah go! Ah go!" Theron DeVon suddenly picks up, waving his arms excitedly. [Me too! Ter-ron no go without Ambar!] he Jivvin ust under his highchair insisted, popping up to place her paws on Trelweny's knees. The woman consoled her son & his bond. "Sorry dear-hearts. You're going to have to wait for an invitation. I'd say the group is already quite big enough without adding you two." She gave Relm a soft smile, which the artist appreciated. Relm knew, even if Trel did not acknowledge it, that the human had latent "Talent" as she called it. The picture over the fireplace attested to proof of that, when Relm had painted the human's leaking emotions & thoughts that troubled summer day.

She finished & stood, taking her dishes to the sink. Aiden intercepted her. "Dinnae bother wit' that, Relm lass. Trel said how ye & Keme werenae likely te be staying long past breaking yer fast. Grab a few o' those spare paintings o' yers o' th' lovebirds & Keme te take te Moochi." He smiled gently. "She'll like tha' ye'll see. I'll keep an eye on Keme fer ye, see tha' th' others dinnae fret him too much." "Thanks, Old Man." Relm tried to be cool for a minute, then flung her arms about Aiden, before running off to the magic door. Flinging it open, she entered a huge storeroom with no windows, filled nearly full of painting of all sorts & all sizes. She left the door open behind her as she searched for the ones she was looking for, having decided right away which ones she wanted to give to her friend's human.

Relm popped back into the kitchen, a bundle of rolled canvas secured in a special carrying bag for art slung over her shoulder. She noted that Keme was finished & took his plate from him with a smile. Perhaps she had not wanted to make this a group journey, but she could take charge and overlook her disappointment. As if you've any right to be disappointed about sharing Keme's company! The artist mentally chastised herself. "So how do we want to do this? I was going to ask Timex to give us a ride if Keme was up to it, but I'd not ask him to carry 3 audios, a kitsu & two cats." If she noticed the raised brows Trelweny & a few of the others gave her at her use of Keme's given name instead of a nickname Relm gave no outward sign. "We could walk I suppose..."

The Al Bhed wved that idea off. "Too slow. I had enough of wlking on Yunie's Pilgrimage. 'Sides, I'm used to my hover-cycle." Rikku turned to the witch. "Think you can stay balanced on the seat in front of me, Ginny?" The kitsu contemplated it. "I don't see why not. Should be easy, after learning to ride a broomstick with my paws. Even if I'm not the one in control of your muggle transportation." "Machina." Rikku piped up automatically. "Whatever." The red head conceded, rolling her brown eyes.

Light green eyes dancing at the exchange Relm grinned at Keme. "Well that's decided. Wanna ride on Timex with me?" She glanced sheepishly at the ninau. "That is if you're willing to bear us, Big Guy." Timex tossed his head as if laughing, causing Perun to growl at having his "bed" move. [You know I will carry you where ever you wish.] Relm beamed at him. "Keme?"

((*changes Ginny's font color to crimson for the duration to ease confusion a bit*))

It was the talaye Mirage that snickered the loudest at hearing Keme say he had to get boots & jacket from Relm's room, earning her a stare from her twin -& likely a mental berating as well from the look that soon crossed her face. Not that it mattered, Relm was already flushing crimson from the implication. Perun meowed anxiously to Azure, worried the smaller female would get stepped on. [Azure! Hop up here with me so they don't leave us behind.] Timex snorted. [I won't leave you behind, little hunter.]

About that time, identical twin talaye males burst from the magical door which seemed to widen momentarily to let them both through at once. Behind them can be seen a magical workroom with traces of old explosions on the walls. "What's this about Ginny going off?" "You weren't planning on leaving without telling us, were you, sis?"

Ginny rolled her eyes, quickly followed by Relm & Rikku. "I go out on my own all the time. And I'm going to see my other family, or did your Extendable Ears miss that part?

Fred & George looked caught. Laughing, feeling less embarrassed now, Relm went with Keme to help him with the door. "Forgot to tell you it's magic. Just think of the room you want."

Relm grinned impishly, her light green eyes dancing. "Now just open the door & the room you want should be right there!"

Ginny joined them going out the front door. "Rikku's going through her workshop to grab the hover-cycle." She explained to the two off-handedly, trotting out the door.

The ninau with both FTC's on his head is waiting for them outside, having circled the house while the audio's played with the magic door. Momentarily Rikku pulls up beside him on her machina, setting it to idle so Ginny can hop aboard. "I'll lead. My cycle's nav screen has the shortest route between our homes programmed in."

"Sure. If Hummer's okay with that. & you don't speed off on us." The Al Bhed makes a funny face as if she would never do that & Relm instantly regrets her harsh words. Not good with apologies she pushes Keme gently to the ninau as Ginny hops onto the cycle in front of Rikku. "Ride in front to keep an eye on Blondie, Hummer? I'd rather not chance squishing my paintings." She paused, having thought & not wanting to sound too bossy to Keme. "Unless you wouldn't mind holding onto them, if you preferred to ride behind." She relented.

Perun chooses to stay on the ninau's head like a crown, his tail swishing behind as he avidly watches where they are heading. The artist chuckles watching him as she wraps her arms tightly around Keme's waist. "Lead on Blondie. And espers help me if I've messed up in trusting you for this..." The last only so loud for the hummingbird audio to pick up.

"Booyah!" Rikku exclaimed, taking the machina out of idle and setting the speed to match Timex's easy gait -which in itself was no slow thing though nothing as fast as the blonde usually raced her cycle. Ginny clung as best she could to the unfamiliar machina, silently wishing she could just use her broomstick.

The trip was fairly uneventful. Rikku seemed to have no problem setting a pace that was easy on the ninau nor any difficulty following her navigation system even with the kitsu partially covering her view of the screen. That was the nice thing bout auto-pilot. Timex had a little difficulty when Perun's flicking tail tickled his neck or ear but after a while he grew accustomed to that until he barely reacted.

Relm only partially paid attention to the route they took. Not that she could except from the side or twisting around Keme to have a look. That was awkward & she did not see any reason to do so. Instead she leaned her cheek against Keme's jacket, trying not to think yet at the same time unable to stop herself from having floods of thoughts.

"We're here!" Rikku shouted jubilantly as she spied Moochi's house ahead. Ginny's ears perked up excitedly & Relm sheepishly loosened her hold on Keme. The ninau nickered a warning as Perun started to move on his head. [Nobody gets off until I stop!]

Of course, out of the range of the translators Relm could only guess if the cat understood much less would obey. Cats were not known for their obedience, especially not Perun. Thinking of her father's dog Interceptor Relm sighed, missing her friend intensely.
