But it's ambiguous enough for ignorant people who don't want to see that, won't!
But when they stare soulfully into eachothers eyes and then say "I love you" it kinda seems a little more than a friendship.

It is extremely rude to say just because one doesn't see it that they are ignorant. I didn't see it and I am not ignorant.
Perhaps it would be wise to accept everyone's opinions? Just a thought.
Oh, I respect other people's opinions. Just some subbers are sick of shippers laying a claim that there is no way possible for Xena and Gabrielle being a couple. I could state: There is no way possible for Xena and Ares being a couple after she met Gabrielle. But I am too openminded to believe that. I
can see how others can view Xena and Gabrielle in a sexless relationship. But Xena is classified throughout the media that she is indeed in a romantic relationship with Gabrielle. So, you will get tons of people that couldn't won't accept your beliefs because they watch the show only based on their relationship. Just like I respect your opinion, I also respect the other girl's opinion.
I, however, will call a person 'Stubborn' and possibly 'Ignorant' if they do not see the Xena/Gabrielle relationship at all
(While calling themselves a 'All-out' fan of the show). BUT I disregard those terms if they just prefer Xena/Ares or another relationship, though.
Perhaps, I must admit, 'ignorant' does seem a little unnecessary to some extent.
