inuyashas_lilgirl Isel inuyashas_lilgirl Isel inuyashas_lilgirl emoRockLover You people need to stop freaking emo bashing. it's pissing me off. I can be happy or depressed, whichever suits the moment. So. Shut up. STFU shut it. Whichever you like. Who was bashing emos? My little sister is emo, and I love her to death... Emo boys are generally hot, I'm not bashing, lol. I'm describing the difference between Gothic and Emotional. Hey, I love emo rock too...Mcr. <3 MCR IS POP-ROCK, NEVER CALL THEM EMO ANYTHING EVER.Dude...it's Emo-rock.... xd Pop-rock is like All American Rejects....
Well IDK about you, but here in Wisconsin that's what My Chemical Romance is. Emo=style of punk
Punk never takes anything from Queen or Pink Floyd- punk was born in part out of a huge resistance to prog- and glam-rock. LIKE I SAID, I don't know about you, but here in Wisconsin My Chemical Romance is considered Alternative Emo. I don't wanna start a fight with you, I'm just saying I don't hate emos... neutral
The idea that MCR is emo is popular OPINION everywhere. However, it's wrong, no matter where you go. MCR is pop-rock with some horrorpunk influences. Emo = City of Caterpillar, Moss Icon, Rites of Spring, etc.

'goths', no.
people with electrically active meat in their heads, yes.
let's face it, if you can live a happy and fulfilling life... you're.... stupified. OR, you love humans, like gabriel, which is also sad. 3nodding

Lets stay on subject. Music discussion in the music subforum.
If someone is wrong about a mical genra, you can try to tell them in one or so posts, but after that it's getting off subject. We have plenty of My Chemical Romance/genra threads in the subforum that I'd assume this could easily be carried over there.

Not always some goths get depressed, but for the most part it is emo's that are always depressed.

No of coarse not, there are some goths out there that do face depression, but then again there are people from everywhere that do, its a common thing. Everyone gets depressed at one point, goths have emotions too just like everyone else, but for the most part the stereotype of goths being depressed is highly false.

Devils_lilboy Not always some goths get depressed, but for the most part it is emo's that are always depressed. *Baps you with parasol* You! Sterotype! Out of my internet! All joking aside, I haven't noticed that any emos are particularly more depressed then any other subculture. Most of the goths I know are actually some of the cheerfullest, most helpful and intellegent people I know. I take great pride in being a perky goth. I know for a fact I'm not the only one, or even that far from the norm.

Lord Charlemain Richards Certainly not! Most of the goths I know are some of the most well-ajusted people I've met. You do realise, don't you, that depressed people are perfectly able to be well-adjusted?
