Shikamaru, Naruto, and Itachi.
Naruto never lost a match to date. (even against Itachi...or at least 30 percent of him.)
Shikamaru can beat anyone in any situation, he always comes up with perfect strategies. He'll put up a tough fight, even when he's much weaker than his enemy.
Itachi strongest ninja in/from Konoha now, since Yondaime isn't alive anymore.
