My all time favorite pairing is Suzaku/Lelouch from Code Geass. I don't know why but everytime I see them together I fangirl scream sweatdrop
My second favorite pairing is Nanaya/Kengo from Monochrome Factor. I don't know the reason for this pairing sweatdrop

Well, I thought OTP in the "traditional" sense meant that if you have an OTP in a series don't/can't ship anyone else in that series, which is impossible for me to do. Also, I'm not sure if having an OTP per series counts. XD
Anyway, for me it's a toss-up between Satoshi/Daisuke from DNAngel and Soubi/Kio from Loveless. They both make me squee in equal amounts. BUT I'm still quite fond of Daisuke/Riku *hides* and Soubi/Ritsuka makes me squee too, although that might be because I kind of have a crush on Rit-kun *hides more* so...
I'm gonna say Soubi/Kio. I did write a little fic for them whee
