Niko came in and stuck his blade right through the belly of a KLF an pulled upward so it looked like someone had tried to chop it in half. He let it fall and tried to dodge the fire of 3 other KLFs. It was hard seeing as his right arm was like a dead weight. Finally one of the KLFs got a good shot and stuck three bullets in the 901's leg. "I can't do this anymore!" Niko then used his left arm to rip off his right arm and threw it into the sky.
Niko now without as much weight flew forwards dodging bullets and came up to one KLF an sliced it's head clean off. He then started doing loops as the last two firing at him were determined in keeping him a safe distance away, but it was futile as he came up and chopped one in half. Niko did a loop and came down putting his blade right in another KLF's chest, but then the KLF dropped it's gun, grabbed 901's blade, and dug it deeper. "Let go!" Niko then forced the blade out right when the KLF self-destructed.
Although Niko wasn't in the direct blast range he was close enough to have 901 to get seriously mutilated. The right leg and left arm was hanging on by wires, the left blade was split, the left leg and left side of the ref board was blew to chunks, and the left side of the 901's armor was gone. Niko couldn't do much after that as he soon fell unconscious because of the blood loss....

Rue heard Nic, but it was a far off scream to him. His LFO, still in good shape, was still having a hard time managing the board that was so terribly damaged. Rue could see it all.
"I'm...too young...I"m only sixteen and i can't let it go..."
The Knights' movements started to slow as he fell deeper and deeper into this madness. He was stired by the sound of a falling LFO. He looked over and saw the other LFO, the black one with an odd symbol on it that he had fought before.
"I...I wont let it happen again!"
Rue jerked the controls to fly towards the downed LFO. He grabbed it, what was left, with the Knight and carried it and its passed out pilot back to the Rehk.
"Captain, this is Rue. Permission to have the LFO dock doors opened for emergency landing!"

"Nic! This is Rue. Are you okay? Your LFO is alright, right?"
He continued his flight towards the Rehk, hoping they would reply soon.

Gail received the message and shook his head tiredly. Slowly he closed his eyes, and his age started to catch up with him through the crinkles on his face.

“One LFO won’t be able to manage the whole battle…” He muttered, and gazed out the view port with searching eyes. His mind started to drift through random thoughts, things that he had forgotten, and things that he refused to remember…

“Gail, what’s your command?” Klera asked with a little confusion.

“Hmm?” Gail raised his head and the world seemed to blink back around him. As if nothing had happened, he stood up and stepped down from his seat. “Let them through, and prepare the S.A. for launch.” Gail said in a slightly dark voice, as if smothered down with the drowse of time.

“The S.A.?... You haven’t flown that thing in five years.” Terrek said and turned around in his seat, revealing his face was smacked with shock.

“You mean we actually get to see Gail fly the Shifting Ashes? I remember what you said about-“ Klera started to wander in conversation, but an abrupt voice broke the building mood.

“Gail, absolutely not! Five years now, and you know you can’t. You know your-“ Victor was cut off by a powerful voice.

“Victor!” Gail said with a fury that seemed to shake the very bridge, along with it, a silence cusped itself around all the mouths in the room, retaining the escape of words. Gail’s very eyes seemed to burn with control and vengeance against Victor’s own eyes. Although Victor took a step back, and sat down in defeat, his face still expressed the evidence of disagreement.

“Sorry Gail, it almost slipped…” Victor whispered coldly under his still breath.

“Prepare the S.A. for launch… and let Rue in for landing.” Gail turned around and left the bridge with out another word spoken. A silence settled over the area. It was filled with shock, confusion, and fierce anger. Emotions shifted over the air all too noticeably to the occupants of the room, leaving an ominous feeling that should have never been discovered. But Klera ignored the questions in her thoughts, and pressed down a small button on her console.

“Rue, you’re clear for landing. The S.A. will be readying for launch.” Klera said into the comm. firmly, while quickly locking away any evidence in her voice of what had just happened.

Niko awakened slowly to find that he was still inside his LFO. I'm not dead.... yet. He couldn't see clearly for he had blood caked over his eyes and wondered why he couldn't move. He realized the cockpit was caved-in and that both his legs an left arm was pinned. He felt like he was fading in and out of conciosness. He managed to press the button to open the cockpit and saw a person coming towards him. Niko used his right arm to get one of his 9mm handguns and aimed it at the approaching person. But couldn't hold it up for he was too weak. He soon went back unconsciouss and his gun fell to the floor.

With unusal suddeness, a green trapar trail ingited across the sky above the dueling ships, the faint sliver blurr giving off the trial chased by several small specs of flame-missles, reduced to almost unidentifable metal specs by the distance and speed. Oddly enough, the Silver LFO was Reffing at a speed faster that the missiles could follow, to the point where there was visable and growing gap as the angry steel rockets chased futilily after their escaping target.
Gray glanced behind him, a dull, aching fury rising in him He wasn't a mindless tool, he'd sooner die before returning to triga! What right did the UF have to decide his fate?! A breif image of men and women running about in white labcoats flashed before the youth's eyes, a stubborn memory of a nighmare that wouldn't leave with the coming of dawn. Gray's eyes narrowed, and he fluidly pulled on the controlls.
With deft grace, the Silver LFO dove into a series of vertigo-inducing twists, turns and loops, sommersulting agilely away from the seeking missles and causing them to explode as they colided with each other their haste to pursue their darting target.
The LFO dived and vanished into a cloud bank, the bust of activity taking only a span of seconds, yet still being long enough for it to cross the gap and the battle below.
A patrolof KLF's came into veiw, trailing the fading green streak of Trapar.
"Unit 4, do you see it? If we can catch that LFO, we're rich;Triga's reward for it's errant Ginuea pig is quite... lucrative."
The soldier grinned at the thought, imaging all the wealth and power that would be his if he could merely capture a single LFO....
"No, sir. I can't see it.....We should descend, are orders where to aid the vessel Lonjinus in combat; I believe it's below us..."
" Stop whining, Rookie! That LFO we spotted is more important than a month of orders-we'll engage that Smuggling Scum after we've cua-"
Out of nowhere, the Silver-clad LFO plunged from the sky, having climbed far above it's pursuers while they cuaght up. As it dropped, light glinted off it's razor-sharp board tip, a cruel smile seeming to glint in it's green glass eyes.
The leader of the pursuing group of KLF's never even had time to scream as his LFO exploded into red fragments. While the other 4 KLF's paniced and sent fractic messages to each other, the LFO curved back up, boomerang knives in both hands and air currents exploding behind it.
"The Fins, hit the Fins!! AHHHG!!"
Boom.
Gray frowned, both his eyes locked onto the next KLF with a cruel, cold flame in them. As the knives slashed down, Gray's lips parted in a simple exclamition: "....Never."
A third KLF was destroyed and the Silver demon responsible darted sideways to aviod machine gun fire, the fin's on it's back raised and extented to the fullest, quivering as they channeled the tremendous aircurrents generated at the current speed around the LFO. For Gray, time seemed to slow as the Mon-Sono sluggishly raised their rifles and fired.
He wanted them dead.
All he could see was the faces of the scientists who had treated him like something subhuman, merely an object for research.
Never agian. I will never let them catch me. I don't need help...
Still, the sounds of battle below where dulled; the frantic burst of gunfire from the KLf's as he aproached were blurred and slowed, all the world seemed to be destroying his enemy...
Just like they wanted it to be.
Gray suddenly gasped, shaking his head to clear it, replused by what he had started to feel, even as his LFO climbed on, the last two Mon-Sono's falling to the distant ground in shreds... He wouldn't become what they wanted him to be, no!
He wouldn't....
Gray twisted around, looking back down at the battle now far below.
".......I....."
A dull red X flicked in both eyes.
Gray let out a cry; shoving his face into his hand and half closing his eyes.
"No....No..."
"There! Fire, men!"
More of the reinforcements for teh Lonjinus suddenly emerged,
firing at Gray.
Wordlessly, Gray twisted his LFO about in mid-air and dove, heading for the airal battle field between the Lonjinus and the Rehk....

Niko awakened again as he heard someone screaming in his ear. He got his eyes halfway open and could make out the figure of a man. Niko assumed it was the guy he had aimed with his gun earlier and so he tried to reach for his other gun but couldn't do it. He suddenly remembered that his other limbs were pinned. He at least tried to get his left arm free and managed to slide it halfway. Then he tried moving his right leg and he managed to get it a quarter of a way out before slipping out of conciousness again. Although this time he won't wake up because he had lost too much blood and needed a doctor really badly.

Nic then saw something flash by from the corner of her eye. Nic's head snapped to the left to see what it was. But by the time her mind caught up with her it was gone. "Uhh..Kayako did you...see that?" Nic asked over the comm to the other LFO.
