Kouzin smirked as he stepped forward. "Am I in your domain yet?" he asked coldly as he kept walking.He now had a reason to deal some serious damage so he activated his byakuugan, ready to strike feircely even though he still had the weights on his ankles. His vision caught a glimpse of the caped man.

Shikatsu couldnt help but feel uneasy he then laughed "now is not the time ill do the smart thing unlike you two nimwits and ill walk away" he the jumped out of the tree and kept going from tree to tree

"I'm not sure..they havn't announced it yet." he said, thinking about something. there was something in the cloaked person's eyes that seemed familiar to him. like something he hadn't seen in at least a year, but he still knew them.
