Kaze glanced around swiftly, scanning the trees, as if expecting a ghost to pop out at any moment. Chloe couldn't help but laugh at his reaction, causing the Charmeleon's tail to flare brightly as he glared at Chloe.

"I was only playing, but I'm sure I could make up an interesting story to keep you occupied while we're exploring," Chloe suggested. "That is, if you're not too scared to keep your mind on anything except what's in front of your feet."

"So, what do you think's in here?" Chloe commented, as the tower loomed in front of them. Kaze looked upwards at its dark facade, craning his neck to make out the shapes at the top which looked like gargoyles from their perspective.

Chloe glanced upwards at the tower as well, smile still in place. "It sure does look like something from a horror movie..."
