Aryn shook his head, that was scary. While the concept seemed inncoent enough it left room for so much termoil..And so many sick people exsisted these days. He would contuine to celbrate it as a day of the dead, it ment more to him in that manner as it was.
"I can understand, Fayt often times forget I can take care of myself... But he's gotten over the puppy gaurding now that I've tried to get out more." He chuckled slight at that, it was saddly an understatment. When he'd first met his friend he couldnt even speak without stuttering.
Aryn tilted his head in consideration. Anything sounded good to him, although he was particulary found of Taroth cards. It had been one of his time passers when he was younger. His mother had adored how quickly he'd picked it up as a boy. After the insident he lost alot of nerve to play, but now he found the similar drive to fiddle with them or just some type of card game. "Anything works for me. I do admit I am found of cards."

James smiled weakly. "Cards sound nice...." He got up from the sofa and wandered into his bedroom and grabs a big a** box. He literally it kicked softly into the hallway, to tired to carry it. He then kicked it softly into the living room.
"So .. um. Feel free to look in there I guess. There is actually a lot of different games in there. I have a habit of buying cards I find amusing ... I alos end up buying better versiosn of things I sadly already owned." He wondered wahat his new friend would pick. He was hoping it wasnt a ame Lupin bought and found amusing. James prefered challenging games... or ones that made him at least think.
James tried not to think of the work he still felt he had to do. He couldnt bear to try and do it while he had James over. He was also slowly falling asleep. Tired from the long day ....

Aryn with an almost excited nature pawed through the cards curiously he found bits and peices of a tarot deck. Frowning slightly he only hoped he'd find all peices of the deck. Pausing although the werefox stared at his friend. He could sense just how tired he was.
"I dont want to keep you up, do you need anything? A blanket? I can go fetch things if you point me in the general direction." He noticed another suit, the "Death" card. He sighed, the card had true meaning. Most saw it as a negative card. He interputed it as a sign of great change riddled with rebirth and transition. Of major compention to open the hearts door in a sense.
His silver eyes focoused on James a curious of looks, he admited he wondered what might be the others. Although for now he kept his peace.

James chuckled seeing Aryn pick of the tariot card. "If you want a full deck I.. can take you to where they are. Ironically its where the extra blankets and sheets are that I need to make the beds."
He stretched and flicked his long, bushy tail around a bit. Oh he knew where the cards where. Getting them would be interesting. When one speaks of the household only James, Spike, and Lupin are mentioned. Would anyone believe that more people actually..er.. lived there? Or perhaps pccupied the area would be a better way to put it. No .. most people wouldnt.
Jamed smiled and glaned over to Aryn. "Dont .. worry about me. Im fine. Sadly I usually stay up much later than this. I dont .. even know why I feel so tired"

Aryn noded softly sending his silver and black hair in various directions. "I would like that, dont worry about it right this second. You dont need to dart off just for that." He chuckled softly at himself.
He watched James bushy tail move out of the corner of his eye. Vaguly the fox wondered about the odd sensation he'd felt eariler. As if having walked into a enegry feild of something extremely powerful. He couldnt help wondering what it was.
"I can understand, my own sleep comes and goes." he rubbed at his eyes slightly, as if something suddenly was attempting to spite him into sleep.

"Oh, I feel that I have to worry about it this very second. Besides, I want.. to show you something." He continued flicking his tail around to and fro. He took a deep breath and started walking towards the back area od the house. In an empty room was a small flap on the floor. He reached down and opened it revealing a small flight of stairs.
"Oh do watch your step ... not much light gets down here"
Reaching the end of the stairs his eyes grew accustomed to the dark. He wandered further into the area then stopped. "Why .... hello. " he said to the darkness.

Aryn followed quietly, darkness wasnt a problem for his eye sight. He noded to James. "Show me?" he wasnt nessiarly afraid maybe alittle self critical. It made him wonder as they descending into the darkness of the basement. When James spoke to the utter darkness the werefox searched with not only his eyes but energy. What the hell was in here. He suddenly wondered.

Something hissed at both of them and shuffled a bit around the room.
James started feeling around the room until he found a large wooden box. Whistling to himself he then felt around to unhatch the box and feel around inside.
Four red eyes glared at him while he was doing all of this.
"What are you doing in here James?...."
James found what he was feeling for then closed the box. "Only came in here to find something you borrowed from us, Alucard"

Aryn blinked once, three times. What the flying bloody hell? The werefox suddenly questioned. Tilting his head his silver white ears twitched listening to sound.
"I know some ones...are in hear beside you and me." he added in the darkness. His eyes quickly scaned the room able to see but it almost was as if the darkness was not the same quality. Odd Aryn thought.

Alucard laughed and moved slighly closer to them, not as if either James or Aryn could see them right?
"My dear.. what should we do with the newcomer? Feed or have some fun? Perhaps both?"
James stopped and shoved the box back to its original place. "You wouldnt hurt my guest... I know you wouldnt. Integrahunt you down and would clip your wings. Besides, you like it here, low rent."
Another voice emerged from the darkness seeming a little further back than Alucards. "Im sure master wouldnt hurt any of you, especially you James. Lupin maybe, he is rather annoying."
Alucard sighed. He waves his hand and both the darkness around him and the one in the entire room let out a bit, enough for everyone to at least see.

Blinking once more against the change in the lighting Aryn was face to face with these two strangers who had an air about them that oozed power. At least from the taller of the two males. Being sensitive to energies and auras he sighed inwardly and with force of habbit made sure his left eye was covered by his hair.
"I would hope not." He replied in all honesty to anyone who cared to listen. The idea of of being fed on made his skin crawl. He side ways glanced at James as a smile that was small passed over his lips.
"These people are live in room mates?" Aryn inquired quietly.

James was still smiling ... as strange as that might seem. "We dont refer to them as room mates, they asked us not to actually. They do live in here though. Occasionally when they are extra bored they help Spike when he is after a catch. Not only do tey seem to enjoy that but ... they also seem to enjoy the benefits of meals. If a convict is bitten... who would believe them?"
He handed the item he had taken from the box to Aryn.
"Its what you wanted right? The cards..."
Alucard yawned. "You came to annoy me for a deck of cards? How touching James."
Seras blinked and walked up to his master. "Can we go with them? It is night afterall? ... Thats if you feel like it of course..."
Alucard glared at James then at Aryn.
"I dont care right now actually. Do what you want for now. I might even come depending on the circumstances."
James scratched his head.
"Aryn... what do you want to do? You can decide. You can even decide on not letting them come. You arent on his list so dont worry about him. His list means you die .. heh."

Aryn almost gasped in surpise being handed the deck. He smiled greatfully and took them thanking James. He paused when being told he had rights to chose where they go. Gods what to do?
Touching his finger tips to his chin he consider with a slight muse. "I know this will sound silly.. But perhaps going down Sea side? I knwo there is an ocean around here. Fayt's told me about it.." He suddenly had a small blush forming on his face. "I havent been down to the ocean since I was a little kid."
It had been true, he'd lived near the ocean even born beside it year ago..An eternity it almost seemed. He'd grown up there with his mother, having no father to remember or speak of as far as he could remember. Now with the idea of going near it again he was saddly excited.

Alucard chuckled. "The beach eh? Sounds so boring to me."
He looked over to Seras and frowned slightly.
"Then again ... might as well look for something to drink ..."
James' tail flicked around again, most of the fur standing on its very end. As used as he was to his room mates something about them still gave him caution.
Aryn... if you want to go there then we can. When I meant for you to choose for something to do, I wasnt expecting anything outside the house heh. It .. sounds nice though. I havent been there without Lupin and Spike for a long while .."
He smiled to himself thinking about the stupidity that goes around when Lupin and Spike semi-getalong together.

Aryn scratched his head lightly and added sheepishly. "We could always go tomarrow night then perhaps? I know it's late and it wouldnt be the best probally. But thats great to know it wasn't a completly stupid idea." The mirth in his laugh wasnt something he could control. His ears twitched slightly at last when he he calmed enough to feel embaressed for his outburst.
"Mm. My appologises" His silver eyes shifted over to James, he was admitedly curious about his other house mates. He'd heard much about them. Regardless the werefox with Tarrot cards in hand made his way upstairs curious to a noise he'd heard even if he was simply imagining things.
