Khaldun blinked a few times before closing his eyes, trying to keep up 'I'm-The-Wolf-Alpha-So-BAH' ego image across his facial features but it wasn't really working with this fellow. "Well.. I haven't seen Zeph around at all and I'm just really picky, I guess you could call it."

"You survived for some years before you met me though," he murmured, continuing to hold onto Desmond.
"Who would kill off hybrids?" he murmured, worrying aloud.
"Some crazy b*****d......" Desmond grumbled softly.

NykolMisu Talon's eyes narrowed slightly and he looked up when he heard the familiar voice calling him. He folded the tip of the page he was on and set the book down, getting to his feet and moving towards the door to the room he was in. Pulling it open, his ice blue eyes scanned for the coon hybrid. "JACK!" he growled, obviously pissed that the hybrid had risked coming into the Dungeon. What the hell was he thinking?!
"JACK! Get your a** over here NOW!!"  Jack wasted no time in hastening to obey. His eyes sought his boyfriend, and locked on him. However, his ears pressed flat to his head when he heard the tone which he was being chided in. He slunk over, and positioned himself in front of the incubus, head down, and ready to be punished however Talon saw fit. "I just missed you, is all..." he murmured - not really in his defense. = - + - = NykolMisu Hawke winced when Sol scolded him and looked up, his ears flat to his head, and tiny wings drooped. "I had to pee.. And when I came back, you were gone. And I was so sick of staying inside, I wanted to go outside, so I did!" He pouted. "I'm not a child, I can go out if I want to.."
His ears twitched and he looked up at Sol. "What do you mean... What's in the paper?"  "I know you're not a child, Hawke - but the papers have been telling about a recent rash of sniping. I don't want to lose you..." He made a small whimpernoise in his throat, and nuzzled against his beloved. "You OR them.." He rubbed the dragon-kitty's belly lightly. "But mostly you. You know I could never stand that. No matter HOW strong you may thing I am." Sol sighed, and curled his arms tightly around his mate. "I love you. Please stay in sight? I'm just scared that if you wander off, I'll never see you again..."= - + - = Donna the Vixen The bell on the door did not ring a cheerful tune as a familiar figure made his way into the safe haven the cafe offered. There was much going around these days. Hybrids after one another, strange occurances acting out through the actions of his loosely associated bretheren...it was unsettling, to say the least, and to his greatest displeasure, he was running late. However, he'd now arrived at his predestined destination, and with a quick glance he located his true brother and made his way towards him, kneeling before him to assure everything was alright.  The bat automatically left his chair, and curled into his brother's arms, snuggling hard against him, as if he meant to burrow right into him. Of course, Kire would never - COULD never - hurt Leve. It was just unthinkable. "Where were you!? You're late, and I was worried, and you could have been killed or hurt, or maimed, or..." He broke off, almost on the point of sobbing. "I missed you." he murmured, and curled close again. "Don't go again... I'm scared." = - + - = NykolMisu Mingan wasn't in that good of a mood. He and Jervain had had another fight, which he lost horrible. His neck was still sore from being pinned to the wall... Needless to say, while he did remain at his Master's side, he wasn't happy about it. And he let the demonic wolf know it by his sarcastic remarks and low growls.  Jervain sighed, and pulled Min along by the chain he had attached to a collar around the wolf's neck. "I told you, I don't like doing this - but if you insist on trying to escape me, I have to. Especially with that thrice-bloody sniper around. So deal with it." After a few more moments, he did actually touch on what had happened earlier. "Look, stop sulking. I'm sorry for pinning you to the wall with my hand this morning. But BLOODY HELL, Min - you can be such a freaking MULE at times. When I say NO, I mean NO. Understand?" He growled in warning for the wolf not to argue with him. Jervain was on edge - big time. Pissing him off would not be the best - nor healthiest - of ideas at the moment.

Kafele's eyes shot open from the sudden kiss before the crimson orbs were conceiled again, his hands raising to lightly rest upon the demons chest as he enjoyed the kiss that they were sharing. The thought of the snipper at the moment at left the feline's mind, of course. A kiss from a handsome demon such as the one Kafele had just met could do that...
Ashes broke the kiss slowly, and stroaked the kitten cheek to jaw. "Thank you Kafele." Mmmm that been delicious. He could still taste the cats lips and a small tingle of energy. "What do you think of this snipper?"

The feline, still slightly dizzy from the kiss and the fact that Ashes was still stroking him, lookd up with his eyes still closed. "No problem, anytime... Ashes." Kafele purred lightly, his tail flicking from side to side, slowly.
Kafele then opened his eyes to the question. "Well... It is pretty scary to think that someone would be killing hybrids one by one but... I don't understand their reasoning... I mean, would good will it do?" The feline had been thinking of this while he had been searching for food but, seeing as he had been alone, he didn't think of voicing his opinion to the air...

"Perhaps it just amuses him?" Ashes stroaked the soft fluttering eyelashes. "So soft and gentle. I am glad I pleased you Kafele." He leaned in and nuzzled the cats hair smelling his scent.

Kafele looked down a bit, thinking of how it could amuse someone to kill off others... But then again, there was that crazy-demonic wolf that Kaine had just taken in so...
The lavender-haired feline smiled at the demon, his tail curling around and gently wrapping around Ashes waist. Kafele gently arched his neck to the side as the demon nuzzled into his soft, lilac locks, the soft purring having returned. "I'm sure you could please anyone you wish, Ashes. With your beauty, I'm sure of it." He smiled, gently flicking his ears.

Kafele thought for a moment, blinking his blood red eyes a few times. "I don't think any of the residents in my Master's Hotel would be in danger... Except..." His eyelids drooped for a moment as he wondered if... Maybe...

"Zeph is... A friend of mine that I had saved from being hurt by a snake." He growled the last part, remembering back to when he had to protect Zephach from Zion that day. "He's in my pack and he's a very..." He stopped himself before he began to pour more of himself than he intended to pour.

"Except who little kitten? I know who is not at my house for if that kitten could weild a gone we all would be in great danger."The demon snorting sound of amusement. "He's is more likely to take off his foot then a person."
Sandalon walked around giving up on finding the demon really quickly. The other gave him the creeps and that gaint spider! Ooooh that was just ugggg. So instead he focused on finding Remi and talking to him. He wanted to make sure Remi was alright.
