That's very true... not many people post exits. As for not knowing if the characters were inside of the village, it states in Kouri's post, that they entered the village and he called out "I'm hoooooooome." upon entering the village itself.
I guess it was just a random mis-understanding. xp

(Well I assumed you can see in the village without like... peeking around the corner of the gate... lol. Gerrr... Kouri doesn't get on until late... I am so not patient... oh well... back to waiting... )

As Tobi stood with the group he sensed something from behind and quickly flipped around pulled out a kunai and tossed it out towards the gate full power with no restraint whatsoever he'd eliminate whatever it was and ask questions later when it was down and unconscious.

Shiran carelessly batted the Kunai away and smirked at the enemy in front of him. A shadow over his eyes, from his hair gaurded them from being seen but the Uchiha fan stood out plainly on his vest. A vest that belonged to a Black ANBU suit so to speak but one that had obviously been customized greatly for style. Style to Shiran was important to him after all. "Do you throw kunai at everyone you meet boy? Or was this merely a game of catchand it is now my turn to toss it back?"
Shiran lips parted a little as he smiled and a quiet laugh escaped from them as he slowly aproached the three. As he drew closer the shadow on his face began to slowly receed though it stoped just below his eyes when his feet ceased to move five feet from them.
(Doesn't matter. I wasn't hiding. I will just let you know... you didn't come close to hitting and fighting me would be a very bad choice...)

Hiro looked back,startled.When he had seen the ninja,he too was ready to defend himself.The ninja was not even bothered by the attack,let alone harmed.Hiro felt safe with Amadeus and Nakamura here,but the ninja still had an intimidating air about him.

Tobi's eyes grew a fierce look as the boy swatted away his Kunai "My name ain't boy it Tobi Uchiha of the Legendary Uchiha clan!"he yelled out and activated his broken Sharingan and looked at the guys chakra circulation thoroughly as masses flowed in lines he was slightly intimidated but grinned a"What the hell do you want ".He said as his tomoes began to pierce through the red walls of his irises only three tomoes divided between two eyes.
-6 hp due to Sharingan 104 chakra remaining

Shiran was older bigger and more powerful, but that he already knew without the use of his own eyes. The boys eyes when they looked at him would see somone with over ten times there amount in chakra. Thinking for a moment he shook his head though. He wasn't ready to reveal such power. Only one person existed that knew anyways. "Boy... you will be silent or I will cut that tongue out of your mouth. Or do you dare test your eyes against mine?" Shiran asked as he closed a foot between them. When he came forward the shadow left his eyes and revealed that of a three toma Uchiha in both of them.

"Cut the crap man and answer my question ...... What do you want here"he said aloud once more until seeing in the boy's eyes a Sharingan he was shocked Another Uchiha!he pondered but quickly threw himself back into reality as he saw the man had 6 tomoes divided between 2 eyes making a complete Sharingan compared to his incomplete one .He dashed away from the man as tension grew in his veins .
The hell why would an Uchiha with those type of eyes be here in Taki Tobi flung his arm to his side as he slowly pulled out the black hilt of a Katana revealing a silvery blade behind it "I suggest you leave or I'll trample your a** into the ground without a second thought or if you let everyone know of your business here I'll let it slide."He bluffed he knew with those chakra reserves this man had some powerful jutsu but if he bluffed his way out of this he'd be okay.

"Oh yes, these are genin after all," Amadeus said easily in response to Nakamura's comment, and then drama broke out of course.
Honestly what was up with Uchihas?!
Close to 600 years ago their clan had been close to destroyed, by a member of their own kind. You'd think that that would teach them some family harmony. Amadeus' eye was twitching and eventually the two men found themselves forced apart and restrained. One arm for Tobi and the other arm for Shiran.
"I seem to recall that I said no fighting," Amadeus said coldly and very seriously now. His patience was almost at an end. "And who are you?" he asked Shiran irritably, not loosening his grip. "I'd appreciate it if you were to settle your family disputes away from my village, for this is a place of peace.
"Where have you come from, and what do you want here?" Amadeus asked Shiran again, expanding his question this time.

Hiro let his guard down and sighed.He should have never been worried,this was Tobi after all,he would attack a child if it looked at him funny.He too wanted to know what Shiran's intentions were,but he preferred Amadeus' way of asking.He needed to get a change of clothes after this was all finished,his were all but destroyed.

Shiran saw the move of the other coming before it had even been made and he easily avoded it by lifting his arm and gracefuly jumping back. "I have not started any fighting have I? But I might... if I am continued to be treated this way. This is not what I expect when I come to a village and you should be able to control runts such as this one. Now... how about I answer your question... I come from... Konoha. And I come here for answers and perhaps training. The Fire Master did not have time for me it seems."

With the single throw of the kunai, the events unfurled before her. It wasn't untill the threats were made did she step up by Amadeus. "What kind of coward threatens a Genin... let alone in a village that they know so little about." Nakamura stated rather angrily. She did all she could to prevent herself from attacking that which she hated the most in this world. If Amadeus had not done what he had, Nakamura would have acted in her own unique way. Her lips had changed from their pale off-white color to that of a harmonious blue. With each exhale, Nakamura's breath could be seen. It was the sheer chakra that spread throughout her body that caused this, and it was up to her to repress it to keep her abilities hidden. With the two of the shinobi locked in Amadeus' grip, Nakamura made a point of stepping beside him, as if to seperate the Genin from this new-comer.
While this scene took it's place, Zenjin and Hyousetsu were watching, keeping thier distance, yet making no effort to hide thier presence. They were always watching Nakamura... and those that wished to fight her.

[Uh Shiran.. unless your Dodge Bonus is somehow above what I rolled I have you under a grapple << I didn't roll an Intimidate or whatever. I rolled a Melee Attack roll..]
"You provoked him," Amadeus said firmly. "Although I have to concede that he is easy to provoke. You have to work on your temper, Tobi," he said reprovingly to the boy before turning back to Shiran. "And you, a skilled ninja, of all people should know that a ninja skulking outside his enemy village is extremely suspicious.
"So, Konoha huh?" Amadeus mused, his voice calmer now. "Why don't we all go somewhere we can sit. I'll give Hiro and Tobi their new headbands, and we can talk about what you want to talk about. The Masters rarely have time for anybody they deem unworthy," Amadeus snickered. "I've heard that the skilled Tategami clan were cast aside by the Water Master because they were 'uncouth'."
Loosening his grip, yet keeping an eye on them Amadeus nodded and walked forward.
"To my office..." he said.
[exit to Rikki Amadeus' Office. Lol I should get in the habit of saying this.]

Tobi's hand was quickly grabbed as his sharingan did not move even slightly off of the complete sharingan but after awhile he simply followed Amadeus to his office with grunt at the Uchiha boy as he followed with his usual go-lucky demeanor.
