Durithill the Black Blade Captain

Durithill smiled and soon they were off, gaining speed rapidly. After a while they passed the tree figures on the rising tree and continued flying higher. After it seemed like they were at least a mile up, it seemed to the others as if Durithill and Raine had disappeared. The reason was obvious soon enough. As they rose higher, they passed through the magical barrier surrounding the elven city. It seemed as if the city appeared out of nowhere as they passed through the illusion. "Welcome." Durithill said simply as Raine and himself landed on a nearby walkway.

Raine smiled lightly as the two landed. "Thank you." She said to him patting the top of his hand gently before letting her feet touch the ground. Now she understood how this realm worked, with the cities being above the foilage and all... it was an intelligent idea to prevent intruders from invading civilization. [Edit:] As the two stood and waited for the remaining three, Raine tilted her head a bit, shifting her hands behind her back and bouncing on her toes a bit, much like a child. She tended to do odd things when she was in a good mood.

The tree finally pierced the magical barrier surrounding the elven city. Kristen's jaw dropped when she saw the city. "Wow," Kristen said surprised.

"Entire cities are hidden in these trees, yet a person could search this forest for months without finding a hint of one." Durithill said, looking around at the elves bustling along, minding their own business.

For a minute, Violent kept her hands to herself but finally broke through. Taking Kristen's hand, Violent jumped towards where she had been standing. She had lost her balance slightly but hurriedly regained it. Rubbing the back of her head in embarrasment, Violent sighed lightly, gazing out in front of her.
It seemed like forever they continued to climb higher and higher, but finally they had made it; past the magical barrier. A chuckle rose to her face as she stares at the beautiful city that lay in front of her. "It's amazing..." She answered lowly as she looked over at the overwhemled Kristen. Another chuckle ran past her face, before she glanced back towards the city. Truely a beauty...

"It is amazying," Kristen answered, still in awe. "Wait are elves friendly to...I mean...my race?" She asked, refering to herself being a demon.

"No, so don't mention it." Durithill said quietly, his face suddenly becoming serious. After a moment though he broke into a smile again. "Anyways, we should probably find a place to stay untill tomorrow. It's almost sunset." he said.

"Okay, where should we start?" Kristen asked. She looked down the sidewalks pondering where to go next.

"No idea." Durithill said with a shrug. He stared walking towards what looked like the richer part of the city. "But we'll find out."

"Okay," Kristen said. She started following Durithill, while looking at all the architecture around them.

As Violent listened to the two, a blank expression crept to her face. As carefully as she could, Violent stayed in the back, following the pack carefully and quietly.
As they walked, she too glanced around at the marvelous city that surrounded them. The designs of all the buildings brought a smile to Violent's face. She couldn't believe she was in such a beautiful city as this. All she had ever seen in her life was darkness and demons walking the streets. She had lived in the Demonic Realm as long as she could remember. It was nothing like the Realm of Plant at all...

Durithill paused slightly at the middle of an intersection, deciding which way to go. His head suddenly snapped to one direction and a curious expression passed over his face. "This way..." he said, but it sounded like he didn't even quite know what he was saying. He began walking down one of the paths.

Robin followed the other quietly. This city was absolutaly beautiful, she gazed around in amazement. She had listened to Elva's and Kirsten's conversation. Had they settled their differences? Hopefully. She smiled, thinking to herself. Hopfully...Everyone will learn to get along... Not only meaning this group, but her new found sister and her. Robin hadn't seen Veronica since their encounter in the fog, and probably wasn't going to see her for a while.

((Do you know where Raine is? Personally I think we should wait for at least her to continue...))

[Ah! My sincere apologies... I did not mean to hold everyone up, I a, at my fathers...]
Tilting her head as they walked, following close behind Durithill, Raine rose a brow. "Do you.. know where we're going?" She asked lowly, her eyes shifting around the busy city. "Maybe an inn would be best bet..." She spoke lowly, mainly to herself. "Or a tavern at the least..." Her deep hues shifted away from the demon at her side to the road ahead of them. He didn't sound too... positive of where he was going. "Directions would help as well.." Though, she wasn't sure he would even respond to her last comment. He was a man after all, most men hated asking for directions... for aid in that matter. If it began to get out of hand, Shiero herself would end up asking for breif directions of the city... if need be.
