I can easily find a message at a minimum half their songs on the latest CD, but according to another guy in the Group, who is a long time fan of Jars of Clay, says that their isn't so much as one Christian Song on ther latest album. One of them even has talk about sucking blood and stuff xp

One of them even has talk about sucking blood and stuff xp When did you hear about the sucking blood stuff? And who the heck said that? If you're talking about there being no christian music on their latest released album HA! It doesn't appear that way. 'Change the World', 'Find My Way', have some pretty good christian referances. And 'I and I Dentify' is about the defeniton of love and stuff, from corinthians. (excuse the bad spelling). I saw P.O.D in concert a while back and they are pretty darn christian if you ask me. So what, they sell albums in a secular store? So does switchfoot. Who cares? The one thing that bugs me is that a lot of christian stores stoped selling their latest album because of the naked girl on the front. stare

You'll find more porn in a Church... As for the Vampiric thing, I don't know, I have still as yet listened to anything from Jars of Clay. I know, I gotta get around to it, before they get here. What Genre are they? Hard, soft, inbetween? If it's like POD, Philmore, or Newsboys, I'm good with it. 'Cause it's gotta either have a good beat or make me laugh.

I don't like them that much but they're an ok worship band, if you like that kind of music. And yeah, I'm pretty ticked off about that cover thing..

Yeah, well, we just went there because my cousin's been making purses, and earings, and things like that and she was selling them there, you know, she was just showing off her stuff. Plus we just happened to be on summer vacation down there at the same time, so, my mom wanted to stop by. *cough* man, I hate being sick. I should be in school, but I have a cold. crying

What I meant was that P.O.D. no longer claims to be a "christian" band. The members might still be christians, and the songs still contain references, but they are no longer strictly christian. As for the cover, I don't really see that its all that bad, the girl is so stylized you can barely tell its a girl. sweatdrop
