Antigone blinked luminous gold eyes at Ubel mewling softly and nodding, hoping it would put him at ease if she just went along with it. "I know. But I'm still sorry for it."

"You're forgiven," Ubel said simply, smiling softly and rubbing lightly at his chest, humming quietly, checking to see how bad his chest hurt. "It barely hurts at all..."

Antigone gave Ubel a dry look. "Right. Don't try to make me feel better," she said with a small smile then, patting Ubel's hand while slipping her's out of his. "You concentrate on making yourself feel better. I'll be more than fine, don't worry."

"No, really. It feels a lot better," Ubel told her, humming softly and poking lightly at his bruise. "I think... m'gonna go head off to play. Wanna help me sneak out?"

Antigone blinked in surprise. "Help you... sneak out?" A small smile curved on her lips. "Breaking the rules is what I do best, haven't you heard?" she asked, her guilt easing just a little. "Don't expect me to go easy on you," she warned, though she knew that she would.

"You better not go easy on me," drawled Ubel, flashing a grin and squirming out of bed to find out where his shirt had been placed. As he moved about, his ribs were almost painfully obvious against his skin, though he didn't seem to notice.

The young Sanguine girl blinked at the sight of Ubel's ribs, and frowned slightly. Acaemics were want to forget to eat- she herself was fairly skinny, but this was just plain unhealthy... "You don't each much, do you?" she asked, arching an eyebrow and studying him as he dressed.

Ubel paused after pulling his shirt back on, smoothing it a bit. "Don't need to eat much. I'm barely hungry," he told her, laughing and shrugging a bit, his mind seeing nothing wrong with this. "I'm usually busy with something or another anyway. Why do you ask?"

Ubel had been contemplating his escape for a bit now... but was beginning to have doubts. His chest was hurting still, moreso than before, and the world seemed to tilt and spin whenever he moved too quickly, while occasional waves of nausea would mercilessly crash over him. But he didn't want to miss anymore of the games... so he attempted his escape anyway, slinking towards the door.

Although she'd cleaned and wrapped the burns to the best of her ability, Aysel had known all along that eventually she'd have to come to the infirmary. As loathe as she was to admit it, she was fairly frightened of the idea..she didn't like entrusting any part of her so completely to somebody else. But the burns inflicted on her by Gregor were still rather painful, and so here she was, before the entryway to the sanctuary of the wounded and ill. She'd been here with Grave and Ubel during the paintball game, but somehow, this was different.

Antigone, feeling incredibly guilty for not having been there when her heart had been hurt so badly she had to come to the infirmary, came up behind her, tapping her gingerly on the shoulder, unsure of where Aysel had been hurt. "Ay... I'm here, now. Do... Do you want me to stay with you, while you get looked over?"

Aysel jumped a bit as she was lightly tapped, whirling about to find Antigone. She immediately relaxed, smiling in what she hoped was a reassuring manner. "I...I'd like that.." she admitted softly, eying the door once more. "It's nothing serious.." she murmured, "just- need something for the burns...having them on my hands makes it hard to write. It shouldn't take too long.."

Antigone frowned, shaking her head, sending curls flying. "It is something, Aysel. He hurt you. An adult hurt you. Someone who is supposed to keep Zeros like us safe placed his hands upon you with intent to hurt you. And you're still suffering. And- And I wasn't there. That's something."

"He's not a Professor.." Aysel replied softly, eyes drifting down to her neatly-bandaged hands. "He has no obligation to keep us safe.." As the last part of what Antigone had said registered, she sighed, and shook her head. "I'm glad you weren't there, Anti. I was weak..and lost my temper. And..had you been there, you could have been hurt. I would have done something stupid...I'm glad you weren't there." She wasn't being completely honest..but it was close enough to the truth that she hoped Antigone wouldn't be able to tell.

"He's an adult, isn't he? He makes weapon so that others may protect themselves, right? Then he is obligated to make sure that those around him are safe from his own temper. At the very least, that is why he should have never laid hands upon you. Everyone is responsible for at least themselves. And he wasn't." And I wasn't there. I should have been able to be there for you. But she didn't say that. Couldn't say that, just yet, in so many words.
