Hagane smiled and nodded, gently petting her as she fell to sleep. "I love you too." He whispered as he too fell into a deep sleep.

Kage woke up early the next morning as sunlight streamed through the carriage windows into her eyes. She rustled a bit and gently made her way over to the open window,. Once all was clear, she threw up a bit. After wiping her mouth, she resat herself next to Hagane and closed her eyes.

Hagane opened his eyes an hour later, wondering what the movement was all about a while ago. He looked over at her, gently stroking her back.

Kage awoke to this sudden stroking of her back and smiled as she saw she was still in the arms of Hagane. She untensed a little and relaxed even more in his arms.

Hagane rolled her over so he could stroke her stomach, trying to make her feel better.

"Good," she said gaining energy. "I do not like the opening ceremonies of the Chuunin Exams. Tey are too long and way to formal, but I do enjoy the Final round because we get to go and sit as honored guest. You get an even bigger honor."

Haneshi Vates Veneficus Kurome stood on a rock, letting the salt-spray from each wave shower her with moisture. She glanced at the position of the sun. Late. Just like I used to be. Stupid kids. The she flicked the neko-te on one hand down, into a ready position, and then back up, idly, as she waited. Shade peered around a boulder and saw Kurome sitting on the ege of the cliff. The waves clashing against it made a sound of thunder. He could smell the sea salt air blowing in his face. " Kurome, I'm here for my training." he says trying not to disturb her comfort.

"Finally! Now listen up, brat! What I'm going to show you today, every ninja trained in this village should know! It is, after all, our specialty jutsu! the Kirigakure no Jutsu allows you to blanket an area in mist, which makes it so your opponents can't see!...of course, that means you probably can't either, but whatever! Let's get to it! I'll show you the effect, first, then explain. Ok?" Without waiting for an answer, Kurome steepled her hands in a prayer-type position, not a handseal. Within ten seconds, the air within an area with the radius of approximately fifteen feet around her was almost completely opaque, due to a thick fog.

Shade was shocked that Kurome burst into anger.....even though he was a little late. He watched Kurome summon the mist paying attention to her focus and hand signs even though she didnt make any. Shade said, " Kurome, i heard that Zabuza was almost killed when he was "sniffed" out?" He was woundering if she had moved behind him to scare him for being late.

Kurome's voice came from the air immediately to Shade's left, approximately an inch from his ear. "But of course... that is one of the easiest ways to find someone in something like this." The voice came from in front of him, this time, "Can you name the other disadvantages to this technique? I'll give you a hint;" and the voice was at his ear again, "I already mentioned one."

Shade could tell what she ment and how he had to use it too. "That would be talking, Kurome, isn't it? He said with slight confidence but knowing Kurome she can be tricky.
