Well, our show this up-coming year is from the musical, "Fiddler on the Roof" and it's AWESOME!! I still miss last years show...it was "Trains" and like we had Ozzy Ozbourne's Crazy Train and Gladys Knight's Midnight Train to Georiga on the same field (of course we had 2 others as well)! All the judges for us commented on that. It was cool! LoL. Well, yea, out show this year is "Fiddle on the Roof"! Yay! AND we're doing the bottle dance...it's SO cool! LoL. Bye now.

Well.. extremely like.. LOVE is going a bit too far xd . But... this new guy tried to change our ENTIRE style of marching and by District, half the members didnt even know how to march!! domokun

This Year... well actually... next year my band will be playing some kind of LATIN JAZZ sort of deal... with like... Birdland, and Mallaguena (real spelling, anyone?) and something else... can't remember, but we played it the other day, and site reading, it sounded really good... So I can't wait... the best part is.. We're gonna have an 18 measure (darn my spelling disability) Drum SOLO-ness.... HOLY CRAP I CAN'T WAIT.. GONNA BE SO COOL... AH, MOLTEN LAVA COMES FROM REAL LIVE TEDDY BEARS, ONE BITE AND IT'LL MELT YOUR HEAD... stressed boom ! *explodes as millions of tunes stuck in my head fall down from the sky...

t3h_haNakosamA samibelle So is ours, sorta. We have some stuff from 'The Incredibles' i havent heard anything about our show yet but i know that the guard captains want to use 'The Incredibles' soundtrack for our spring guard performance next year [edit] i was talking to some band people after school today and they said we'd be doing jazzy stuff, gershwin, something of that ilk (hah new vocab word!)....then my friend started humming rhapsody in blue and i was like O_O OMG I LOVE THAT SONG! and he got scared nope, sorry hanako chan. it's opera themed. the barber of seville, stuff like that. i think rhapsody in blue is one of the ones we're doing tho. how that's opera i have no idea ^__^?

Next year, my school's marching band is doing a Final Fantasy show. Too bad it sounds better than what it has really come out to. It sounds unpleasant, mostly because my director had a STUDENT TEACHER who was not really good at anything write the show. gonk I'm just happy that I quit marching because I don't want to deal with what I think is going to turn into a suck fest. If you don't beleiveme , you should come vist my school and you'll definitely understand. sweatdrop

I don't know what ours is going to be yet... Thye mentioned something about a track meet. can you imagine anything more stupid? God, I hope that's not going to be our show. then, it was something about compeitions... Please, no. Last year, we did a show on numbers. that turned out really awesome. I just hope this year it follows in that awesome-ness...

Cool we did Urban last year as a part of our tribute to the 60's show with surfin USA You've lost that Lovein Feeling and....Twist and Shout... No clue what we're doing this year...wish we could do what this school in our county did last year which was Pirates of the Caribbean but prolly won't...Star Wars would be cool too. Saw it in my BD's office butwho knows.

Trace Keryn Our show this year:
Fanfare written by our Band Director (Sounds like 20th Century Fox with a twist) Greenbriar March - Queenwood Publications Soul Bossa Nova leading right into The James Bond Theme after it's finished. Drum solo Wings Armed Forces on Parade
Note: This is an Air Cadet Band routine... You probably wont recognize everything. Our concert band does Armed Forces on Parade at graduation every year I think...either that or it was marching band for some special thing last year
