He turned towards the back room and quickly searched. Since Chikorita wasn't too popular, he had several ready for any trainer. "...male...male....ah! Here we go! A female Chikorita!" the professor mumbled as he searched for the correct one. Tarra received a Chikorita! (btw, it only has the attacks that it does for now. Also, if Astral hasn't told you, check the Pokemon Attacks II on the Guild Forum (It's a sticky) to know when Chikorita learns a new attack.)  or  Chikorita Lv 5 HP-40 Personality-Careful Exp (0/15) Tackle-20 Growl-10 (You may choose between the sprites.) (ok) "thankyou i will call her chicky" Tarra walked out of the lab wondering where she should go

He quietly approached the the lab. When he neared the doors he took a deep breath and walked in. The lab was dark and to the looks of it no one had been there in awhile. Professor I want a Chikorita! He shouted into darkness.

The lights flickered on as the trainer shouted into the pitch black darkness. "Sorry about that. We were conducting some experiment. So you wanted a Chikorita? Well, we've got several in the back, but you can only have one." The professor left to go and retrieve the poke'ball. A moment later he came back. "Here you are. Take good care of her." or Chikorita (f) Lv 5 HP-40 Personality-Naive Tackle-20 Growl-10

Kago woke up late that morning and walked over to professor Elm's lab. When Kago finally got to the lab he walked in and went up to the professor.
"Good morning professor. I am ready to start my journey and I would love it if you would give me a male Cyndaquil.”
Kago waited for the professor to respond to his request.
