Having not seen his dear bird friend in a while, Nikkura's heart felt slightly lonely. He only wanted, if just for a moment, to know he was smiling because of something he did... soooooo!
Leaving a small gift (though corney for a guy) on the bird's pillow, the serpant stared cooly at it and smiled sweetly.
"Hopefully Lyrr will wear this out of my feelings for him... and maybe one day..." He stopped and drifted off into thought.
The thought of little Niikura and Lyrr's running about. So adorible.... but, it was too soon to think of such things. This was a ring in celebration of V-Day... and Niikura's feelings for the other male.
A ring... something he hoped Lyrr would wear and adore as much as he adored Lyrr.

When he found the gift, the bird anthro was delighted. It fit as well! he was amazed on the middle finger of his left hand, and he thought it looked lovely! So shiny and pretty.. though not a patch on his lovely cobra's scales.. Niikura was wonderful in the bird's eyes, and when he had stepped back into his room, and had seen him there looking at the gift, fate having sent him back looking for his small journal, he had been utterly unable to keep himself from flinging himself into the other, hugging onto him with an elated little noise as he burried his face in his neck.
"I missed you.." He murmured quietly as he held onto him, loving the feeling of being back with his naga.

Alexis had tugged Joey along, to vent and talk to about the days events. She felt glad that her sexual needs were eased for the time being...though now she had a very guilty conscious now. Sometimes she wished she had her father's lack of a conscious when it came their incubi/succubi nature.
Joey was silent, carrying his guitar about, playing a soft soothing melody as he listened to Alex vent. Apparently it was a stressful day for her so he just listened. He never did say much which was a blessing in the group. They were walking the pathway through the forest, boreding the lake.

Koiichi was standing by the fairly still body of water, his dark eyes fixed onthe surface. He looked fairly dark in general, his hair and his wings, even the effects on part of his skin.
He felt rather strange being here, it was warmer where he was from before, but at the same time it was more lonely..
Did he like it here..?
Maybe he did... He haddnt worked out a true version of his feelings yet, things like that had to be done carefully..
He loked at the water with his dark concidering eyes, shifting his wings very slightly as he stood there, he did however look up as soft strians ofmusic caught his ears.. what was this then..?

"Why do you let them get under your skin if it gets you riled up?" Joey asked, his voice soft like his music as he strummed the strings, playing the sweet melody.
"I don't know...Because I feel guilty about everything happening? Kittie and I are only friends..." She sighed as she brushed at her hair and pulled another cig out. She was through half a pack because of the fiasco.
Joey paused long enough to take the cig away and her pack and went back to his playing. "You've had enough of those." He only got a small frown for his reward.

Koiichi raised a brow delicately as his eyes found the source of the disturbance, and loked over at the two who seemed to be heading his way now.
He turned from the water so that he was facing them, and inclined his head slowly, he didnt know wether they would notice him, smokey black and grey against the dark trees, but it was polite anyway.. and that was necessary...

Alexis glanced up, spotting the other anthro not far in front of them. Her sense of guilty had turned to doubt. She wasn't wanting to meet anyone new, especially if they had a mate or not. She felt in a nightmare. "Someone's up ahead..." She said, her voice lowering.
Joey blinked and looked up to where she was looking. "So someone is...Is there a crime to that?" He asked her.

Koiichi saw the pairs eyes on him and bowed again, the polite gesture repeated.
"Greetings." He stated to them, inclining his head again as he straightened up, his eyes flicking back over to the water.
He wasnt sure if he should speak more or just remain silent for now, here seemed to be an air of tension hanging around this pair, maybe he should refrain from any involvment in it..?
He would let them make the next move...

Alexis nodded her head. "Greetings." The air of tension came from her.
Joey offered a small smile and slung his instrument onto his shoulder, offering a smooth hand. "Hello. I'm Joey. My friend here is Alexis."
Alexis just shot him a glare.

"Koiichi." The dragon returned his name with yet another inclination of his head.
"A pleasure." he stated, though his tone was still quiet ad even, he ran his gaze over the pair, his eyebrow still slightly elevated.
The woman.. she wasnt happy just now, that was obvious, but it was no problem of his just now, and none of his business either.
Then man however seemed more accomodating, and he reached out a hand and firmly shook the offered one, his own grip very frim, and his skin slightly cool to the touch.

The male wolf swayed his tail a little. "What brings you out here?" He asked just as softly.
Alexis was a little quieter, watching him. "Forgive me if it's a bit personal, but you wouldn't have a love would you?"

Koiichi quirked his eyebrow to a greater degree.
"I dont really see how any of that is your business Lady, but it matters not, No, I have no one in my life at this time." He looked back to the water, before turning to Joey.
"Peace and quiet if I'm honest." he said quietly
"And just the liking of the fresh air.. a walk is pleasnt.."

Alexis blinked but accepted the answer. It put her a little more at ease to know he was a single anthro. Less problems in her eyes.
Joey smiled. "Peace and quiet..the fresh air does wonders which is why we came out ourselves."

Koiichi nodded.
"Yes, it is good." He stated quietly.
What was he going to talk about with them..? He had never been so good at social situations like this.. it was a little alien to him.
He looked the pair over, his eyes foxed quiet piercingly on them.. they seemed nice enough, though the femal still looked troubled.. if a little more relaxed.

Joey kicked at the dirt a moment before he removed his instrument from his shoulder and started playing it. He did that when little words could be spoken.
Alexis relaxed further as she listened to her friend play his guitar. If he played, she found melodies that were soothing and she felt more relaxed.
