I don't read horror, fetish or macabre books. xp Creeps me out, most of 'em.
I also don't read romance novels unless it's one of those ones that you can order with your name and the name of your "lover" in it. Those are awesome. xd (I can only find one of mine, though... it's actually very well written, too.)

I'll read pretty much anything but romance novels. The thing is I have a bizarre way of reading books, and often read first the beginning, then the very end (last few pages), then the middle. If I get bored I might just skip the middle and read a good chunk of the end. I think i started this habit after racking up too many library fines... ^_^;;

I hated Animal Farm. It sucked! scream
*Clears throat* Moving on. I won't read romances. I read one and I hated it...Well, it wasn't bad because it had a lot of action in it and very little sex. That was the only one I've read and I don't plan on reading another. Other than that, there isn't really a genre I won't read. Some authors I won't read. Can't really recall the authors names though sweatdrop

I cannot stand romance novels. They are just awkward. I do not like much Remarque but depends on the book. And my greatest no is for Nabokov. I could not finnish Lolita, ever.

I won't read the teen drama/romance/comedy crap. It just bores me out of my mind. I'll read romance but it has to be in a fantasy , sci-fi or other book I read that it's in small amounts. Romance just makes me want to gag. Drama....I have to much of it in my life to care. Comedy I don't mind it as long as it's not mixed with drama or romance.

Oh no, I have no problem with sex scenes...until they become actually important to the plot. Thats what turns me off. Sex should not be a plot device.
Seek out a star, hold on to the end

Herien Delouge Above all I refuse to read of mice and men.... I REFUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Aw. Of Mice and Men is a really good book. crying I will not read any romance books or vampire/romance books---a lot of which are written by Rice and Hamilton (I think). They all end up being the same and they lack a lot of imagination....just read the back cover, or scan thru. It's pretty obvious crap. domokun
