<3 Sorry if I sounded snippy, my mother interrupted me mid-comment much to the detriment of what I had to say.

But yeah, Pyroth at 75 percent could hardly move in either method of movement, his muscles and bones were caught up somewhere between human and canine. That's the catch really, canines and humanoids are very differently shaped, I mean humans anatomy-wise have their shoulder blades on their back, dogs have them more to the side, also humans are pelvic and proportionally different. If you went with an anthropomorphic shaped individual they'd be very much restricted to bipedal movement because that shape isn't fitted to much else, about the most they'd be able to do quad-wise is a sort of lolloping gait that'd most likely get uncomfortable very quickly. Hand wise at 75 percent, Pyroth had paws more or less and wasn't able to manipulate anything really, the bones too solid in their positions for much more, if you wanted to retain any kind of motor movement then it'd have to be opposable thumbs. But again, he was going all the way to non-morphic so useability wise 75 percent was painful and ungainly. : D

But yeah, as things usually work out on the island, you can't specify anything to your artist past the first stage anyhow, not to any real degree.

As for anything else I could mention, the main thing that really hit me was the listings of favourite movies, likes and dislikes. Seeing wolves on the list of character likes made me /very/ wary. To make a character that is turning into a wolf, one would assume you like lupines? So yeah, reading in a character description that detail sets little alarm bells off in my head, you don't want a character to read too much as a personification or yourself or your desires, that can be heading headlong into mary sue/gary sue county and can be a bit of a minefield in the long run. Likewise, having your character have an obsession with wolves like that strikes me as not something a cruel doctor like Moreau would pander to, if I was a scientist like that and I saw someone /wanted/ to be a wolf in their subconscious, I would make them something horrible instead. Also the whole psychological state where he seems to display traits of feral behaviour really bothers me too, do you have a psychological basis for this sort of condition? People don't often act like animals unless he had somehow gained a form of lycanthropy? Even then the social impacts this would have would be massive, more than just a little action or nuance change here and there.

If the "feral" tendencies are so slight as to leave him a somewhat well adjusted individual, would they be enough to really draw Moreau in, to make him take the bait?

But yeah, just throwing things around. <3 I primarily comment only on the canine quests just because I like to be able to point out things that I've noticed in my own time on the island so far, in addition simply to the fact that I /love/ lupines and canines and love to have a read of other people's takes on the characters. Other than the points I can think of at the mo I really like your character, I just think there are a few things that could possibly be clarified.
