cole sits on the couch and looks out at Phoebe in the kitchen. he couldn't help but feel depressed because he wanted to protect his family but because he had no powers they had to protect him. he didn't like it but that's they way it was.

Kay as well sat down at the table. Phoebe pased out the food and sat down as well. She looked around. "Save room for desirt. Piper gave me a ressipie." she said
