I kinda like Martin from the Redwall series. Kinda sounds childish but he's cool and he's a mouse. Go Martin!

Hmm... I have a lot, but I can't really think of all of them!
Tyrion from George R. R. Martins Song of Ice and Fire. .
Croaker and Soulcatcher (before you find out 'it's' identity) from the Black Company.
Lord Henry from The Picture of Dorian Gray.
I guess that's it for now. I know that there's more, but I can't remember. If I do, I'll be back!

The man who builds the House of Usher in The Martian Chronicles. His part of the book is pure, unadulterated awesome.
Kay from Sharp North. Could be an awesome heroic protagonist... But no. He has to go get high instead. He gets some good things done, but most of the time he's whiny and only a burden to Mira and Clarissa. Love him because he's annoyingly easy to relate to, and because he balances out Mira's Mary-Sue-ness. I have never seen another character like him.
Metis from the webcomic Honeydew Syndrome, if that counts. May gets on my last freaking nerve. At the same time... He's realistic and honest and lovable in the most irritating way possible. xD
I have a lot of other favorites in books, manga, webcomics, and my own stories, but those are the main three.

It's really hard to pick just one, but I can.
Seregil. I absolutely love him. Seregil i Korít Solun Meringil Bókthersa of Rhíminee, from the Nightrunner series by Lynn Flewelling.
I even remembered his whole name off by heart, and I know what all of the different parts mean. The first is his name, the second is his father's, then his grandfather, then his great grandfather, then the place where he was born. Rhíminee is where he lives now.

Alice Cullen from the Twilight saga. I like her personality, she's full of excitement and she is very outgoing. I can relate to her in MANY ways.

Well, I can't find your comment now (my computer is being stupid), but I totally agree with whoever named Death from Terry Pratchett's books. He tries so hard to make sense of things that he misses the point of them entirely; and on occasion he makes wonderful little musings about human nature that are either a) poignant, b)hysterically funny, or c) fall into neither of the other two catagories.
I also love Mr. Ibis and Mr. Jacquel from Neil Gaimen's American Gods. For two misplaced Egyptian gods, they certainly run a wonderful funeral parlor.
I would marry Sherlock Holmes were he not a fictional person. Pity.
