Spider_Jerusalem Moulin Rouge is the only musical I've seen and liked for pretty much the same reasons. I'm sad that you didn't mention the "Roxanne" scene because it just made the whole movie for me. Sting + Drama + Narcoleptic Argentinian = win. I have a hard time choosing between my favourite songs. I really like the 'Spectacualr Spectacular' and the Moulin Rouge dancers, too. The Argentinian's voice is so ool.

I'm going to have to dig up the soundtrack now, and yes the Argentinian's voice was great, especially for how he did Roxanne.

Everyone else who was watching it with me hated it. I have all the songs downloaded, but I should buy the soundtrack.

Corpse Bride: I really liked this movie. Well, I like all of Tim Burton's movies, but this was really good. I liked the part where the guy was fighting Victor (Johnny Depp) with a sword, and all Victor had was a fork. He was a pathetic excuse for a dude. He couldnt remember his vows for getting married, and the girl he was getting married to was Victoria. confused

Dude, if I were necrophiliac, I'd forget too.
Voices of a Distant Star.
This OAV brought me to tears. Literally. Sometimes I can exaggerate at how something moves me, even my love for milk will get me bawling. This sent me into a 25 minute cry fest, which hasn't even ended yet.
This is a very short movie, running only 25 minutes long though it has what I haven't seen in anime lately. A very sentimental storyline, great visuals, and some very emotional voice acting on the part of Cynthia Martinez. And this was all done by one guy, not a studio, not a team of animators, just one guy.
The plotline is about a couple, a girl goes into deep space while the boy stays on earth, they both send messages to each other but there's one problem, it takes months, years infact for one to recieve a message from the other. The character design irked me slightly but it didn't matter at all, the 3-D Graphics were just stunning, and the mecha fight scenes were a bit clumsy but pulled off great anyways.
If you're a fan of extremely sentimental and emotional short films, I'd reccomend you pick this up.
And don't forget to get a box of tissues while you're at it.

Family Guy: Stewie Griffen, the Untold Story
If you're a Family Guy fan, it should go without saying, that you should go watch this movie. It's a hilarious movie, although I think it was to hyped up. Before watching it I was told that the entire movie was drop dead funny, and you wouldn't stop laughing. If that's true, can somebody please tell me why the hell I stopped laughing?! I demand an explination.
In short, the movie is just one REALLY long episode of the original series. So it's worth a watch, but I wouldn't say it's as great as people are going on about.

Unleashed Unleashed is about a man named Danny, who has basicly been transformed into an attack dog. Every time his master Bart takes off his coller, he says a simple attack command, (get him, beat his a**, kill him) which sends Danny into a complete rage of violence until Bart calls him off. Bart uses this as a collection technique. The rules are simple: Pay me the money, or the coller comes off. When Danny get's separtated from Bart, he meets Sam. Sam takes Danny in, and makes him a part of his family, until Bart comes looking after him. If you're watching this movie expecting non stop action, put it away now. You'll be sorely dissapointed. The movie only has 4 fight scenes (5 if you count the one that lasts less than 3 seconds). Not to say these scenes aren't any good, because they are all extremly well done, and they should satisfy your need of violence long enough. Although you have to keep in mind this movie focuses more on plot than fighting.
