"At least you can remeber Telosa Canyon. I went here when I was really littel and all I can remebr from it was a bumpy ride and my sister getting violetnly ill. I think becasue of that reason we never went back," Aurora said ending on a soft note and curled her fluffy white tail around her feet. "Anyways," Aurora continued." Now I'm doubting using the elevator at all. Lets take the stari well. I think the entrance is somewhere outside."

((hmm, how heavilly populated is this town?))
Amyrlin had decided to take a walk, around her area of the town, the people were largely as affected as she herself was. As Amyrlin got closer to the stranged building, and deeper into the town, she noticed that the people were affected a fair bit worse, and all around the center, the affection seemed total.
The strangest thing about this ordeal, is that Amyrlin could understand those fully affected and even true animals, the chatter of birds was always evident. The true animals were almost as shocked as the humanoids were about the whole affair.

Aurora moved for the front dor and pushed it open with ease. She took a couple of steps when another unfamilar scent wafted over to her. Insantly she curled her tail and teh fur on her back of her neck began to p***k. She sniffed the airamd perked her ears. What ever it was smelt cat like. Aurora used to like cats but for some strange reason that scent now annoyed her like buzzing bug.

Jade wanders down the streets sniffling. A few tears slide down her cheeks but she rubs them away leaving wet streaks through the dirt on her face. Her stomach grows but she doesn't even notice. "Mommy?....Daddy?" she calls every few minutes as she walks, but gets no reply.
"Where are you?" she whispers feeling the urge to cry again but barely shakes it off knowing she has to be a big girl.
Feeling tired she decides to sit down for a bit. She sits down against the wall of the nearest building to her. She pulls her legs up against her chest, resting her head on her knees. Her cheetah ears droop slightly, and her tail moves slowly back and forth across the sidewalk as she watches for any sign of her parents.

((Well, it was a big city, somewhat crowded, but a lot of people died in the past three days so now there's a moderate population I guess...Aurora and Rearin haven't seen many people yet because of how close to the explosion they were; more of the people fully affected either gave in to instinct or got killed))
"What's wrong?" he asked from a bit behind her. He smelled something like a cat and had a similar but less dramatic reaction. Then he said, "I think that's instinct again...wolves don't like felines because they tend to compete for territory and food..."

As Jade hears the voice behind her she jumps up hopefully. "Daddy!?..." she cries as she spins around only to find it isn't her father.
Another batch of tears start to slide down her cheeks as she sniffles. "I can't find my mommy and daddy."

Amyrlin looked around, her more acute hearing picking up voices not so far away now, the smell of some kind of canine tickles her nose and the hairs on the back of her neck stand up. Amyrlin calls out tentatively, "Hello? Who's out there?"

Raerin came out and saw the little girl. He said as gently as he could, "I don't know. I can't find mine either."

"Oh..." whispers Jade at his reply her ears and tail drooping again.
Next she hears a female voice calling out and quickly perks up again filled with hope. "Mommy!? Mommy is that you?" Jade yells out though doesn't run toward the voice this time feeling a little hesitant that it might not be again. But her tail swings excitedly as she waits for any sign that it is her mommy.

Aurora took a deep breathe trying to clear her mind once again of those animal instincts. Feeling more under control she steppeted forward again an turned to look at the little girl. She was about to say something when she heard another female voice and scent in the breeze. "Now I smell two felines," she said walking forward in a clam manor towards the little girl veering left just before her.

Amyrlin continued walking then she saw another girl, she had cheetah markings on her ears and furred parts of her body. Amyrlin then saw the source of the canine smell, there were two wolves around, Amyrlin stopped, taking a breath so that she wouldn't be fearful, "Hello, my name is Amyrlin, any idea what's happened?"

"Food?" whispers Jade her stomach giving a loud grumble as she picks up that one word in their conversation. She rubs the tears out of her eyes as she looks up at the three grown-ups with her best puppy-er kitty cat eyes.

Aurora turned back around and walked back to Raerin and sat next to him with a huff. SHe was looking at the little cat like child. "Your hungry too? Well when we find food you can have some too," she said and looked back up to the older feline creature. "I'm Aurora this is Raerin," she said giving a nod towards him. "I don't know what happened, I only came out of it early today."

Her eyes widened in delight and a bright smile shone on her face reveiling her two little fangs. "Thank you!" she squeals with delight as she jumps up and hugs Aurora.
