i have a question not intirely about the rules but i was just wandering how do u become a crew member?

anarchyguy i have a question not intirely about the rules but i was just wandering how do u become a crew member? Well cuz, first there has to be a need for another crew member, and the process goes like this. a post would be made by magikman or by me with his permission stating we are looking for another crew member. those who would apply at that time would be considered and finally one chosen. one of the guild rules though states to not ask to be a crew member, so basically at the moment theres no opening or a need for another crew member yet.

with things starting to change a bit in our lives we might end up hiring more crew. Depends on how things are going within the next month or so i guess.
Ill have to speak with magik later about it.
