Seifer did indeed follow, his coat swishing a bit behind him but nowhere near as nicely as Rufus' robe. The punk followed him all the way to the office, head tilting slightly at the sound of Tseng's voice.
"What the hell is he speakin'?..."
The word were whispered to Rufus, so as not to disturb Tseng's little arguement over the phone.

He turned his attention from Tseng back to Seifer. "It is his native tongue. It means whoever caused the disturbance from the island he is from." That didnt make Rufus happy. It was always so troublesom to make thoes people do what he wished. They were stuborn and determined to ignore Rufus' ideas even if they were for the good of everyone

Seifer blinked. He had never really thought about where the others were from, but somehow Tseng being from some island didn't suprise him too much.
"Can...you understand what he's saying?"

He nodded. "Tseng taught me how to speak it when i was younger" People tended to forget that Tseng was older than Rufus since the forign one looked so young himself.
"It seems that they are taking to long to sign the buisness agreement i sent them. Something about they having to 'discuss' it"
"They have been dicsussing it for three weeks." Tseng growled while whoever was on the phone wasnt paying attention.

Well at least Rufus was nice enough to translate for him. It wasn't much fun listening to half of an arguement and not being able to understand a word of it.
"Heh, rather long time to discuss it..."
Well duh, that was obvious. Most likely the reason Tseng was so pissed off.
"But...business agreement?"
Seifer blinked at Rufus, an eyebrow raised. Sure he had hung around, and knew Rufus would rule the world someday, he just didn't know how.

"Yes. This is why i have a feeling i am going to have to send someone to persuade him that he needs to decide now." He smirked as he brushed is fingers though Tseng's hair.
"Yes. Buisness. Shin-ra Inc." He reached down and picked up a buisness card from the desk. It was one of his and had the logo for the company. "How better to take over the world. Its perfectly legal this way."

Seifer flicked his tail, taking the business card and looking it over. After examining it he handed it back to Rufus, smirking.
"Nice. Use the world's own rules against it. I like that..."

Eventually he clicked the phone shut and sighed. "He isnt happy about speaking to any of us." He turned around in the chair.

Tail flicking around behind him, Seifer looked from Tseng, to Rufus, and then back to Tseng. It probably wasn't any of his business, but he might as well try finding out.

"They seem to think that if they just delay it long enough we will give up." He leaned his head back into Rufus touches.
"They just dont realises that i wont give up." He smirked. He wanted that little company under his controll and he was not going to give u.

"pfft, yeah...Rufus giving up? No chance in hell of that happening...."
Seifer snickered, amused by the thought of Rufus taking some little company over just because he could, though in the end it'd likely benefit his world domination plans.

"You cant rule the world if you give up." He continued to run his fingers though Tseng's hair.
"I will send you and Rude to take care of them. They will be more likly to listen to you since you are from their contary and not an 'outsider'" HE spoked to Tseng as he plotted out how to get them to listen

Uh oh....Tseng and Rude out of the house meant it'd be himself, Reno, and Rufus left behind. And without Rude to keep Reno occupied the red-head was sure to be an annoying pain in the a**.
"Heh...hope that trip doesn't take too long..."
Seifer walked away to look around the office as the other two spoke.

"It will probably take a few weeks." He looked up for a moment. "Though that does mean that i will be staying in the house more since only you and Reno will be about"

Nah, that sounded like fun. He just hoped Reno would be tolerable during those few weeks.
