Revellie on Coruscant was always something to experience. Brunhildt awoke, with full intent to obtain her - hopefully - repaired armor. Thus, she reported to Balder.
"Here you go, Page Brunhildt," said the older knight, in a kind, fatherly tone. "You really should be more careful in training."
"I think Sir Werda said as much, though he was, shall we say, rather strict about it?" Brunhildt replied.
"You worry not about that, child," Balder said. "He's rough, but he means well,"
"Your point is taken, Sir Balder. I now go, sir," Brunhildt reverently replied with a formal bow.

Syntas studied the man sitting before her desk, a patient and pleasent smile parting his face.

He could not be very old, perhaps in his late teens, yet he had bested her top apprentices in moments.

At this point, there was only one question that could be asked.
"What buisness have you with me, Mr. Darksun?" She said.

Formally, Link stood an drew out his Vibrocutlass. He handed the weapon over to her, hilt first.

"You are an Echani Blade master correct? Since this Blade was Echani forged by one such as yourself, One would hope you would be able to repair it."

It was an elegant weapon, despite its weight, finely crafted with intricate scrollwork running along the back of the blade. The grip was well worn, and someone seemed to have lengthened the pommel to allow a two handed grip. The edge itself however was chipped, partialy scorched, and cracked, as though the weapon had seen much use.

There was something odd about the metal though. It gave a shine that was not like durasteel, and had a darker coloring to it than normal.

"A Cortosis alloy Blade?" She remarked. That explained the scorch marks.

"Yes. The traveler has much need of such a blade. Is it repairable though?"

"What possible need have you of a Cortosis alloy blade?" She asked.

The man looked somewhat surprised at the question. "Because the traveler's opponents make frequent use of lightsabers."

Syntas Stared at the man for a brief time. It all added up. His unwillingness to fight, his incredible skill, a cortosis blade; She was mentally kicking herself for not seeing it before. The man was some form of eccentric Jedi, or at the least a practitioner of the jedi arts.

She had to fight him now. She craved an opponent worthy of her considerable skills, to clash blades with him and see into the soul of this curious man. Her Echani soul demanded it.

"Well then, Jedi Darksun. I will repair your sword. It will not be easy however."

Link sighed slightly. "The traveler may be a jedi, but that also means he has little material wealth. But rest assured Milady Syntas that he will pay off his dept to you for your troubles."

Syntas gave a hungry smile. "I will repair your sword, on the condition you agree to a sparring match with me."

"One could see your answer coming from a lightyear away Milady Syntas."

The Jedi shrugged his jacket up onto his shoulders. "The agreement is met. A match there will be, but it will have to wait. For now, The traveler must rest. A busy day it has been today. When the sword is finished, the match will be had. Until then, may the Force be with you."

Syntas nodded to the jedi. "If you like, you may room here for that time. It would be no trouble."

The Jedi gave a slight shake of his head. "The traveler could not impose. His presence would be unwelcome by many, and he does not wish to cause further trouble. Farewell for now."

With that, the young jedi left the office an made his way back into the city, leaving Syntas alone with a jedi's sword.

Gorwooken rushed into the throng, roaring. He reached for the Trandoshan and the Chiss, picking them up by their shirts, roaring "(What's going on here?)" In Shyrriwook.

(No prob. I was thinking of speeding things up myself)
Dawn came soon enough, and with it the day of the Moff Council.
Kal stood at the foot of the staircase leading to the Emperor's Throne room, Glaring at the procession of Officials through his helmit's eyes as they made their way to see the Emperor an report the status of the war. Unbeknownst to the moffs, Kal's HUD was scaning them for hidden weapons. So far all was well. Until Grand Amiral Morlish Veed attempted to ascend the stairs followed by Moff Nyna Calixte, head of Imperial Intelligence.
A White beam of humming energy suddenly barred Veed's way an the man took a suprised step back.
"Hold, Grand Admiral." Kal said in his low, gravely voice.
The Man whirled angrily upon the knight. "What is the meaning of this Knight?!"
"You are carrying a concealed energy weapon into the precesnce of the Emperor. I will have to confiscate it."
Veed glared at the clone with utter contempt as he reached inside his overshirt for his Hold-out pistol. "I should think a Grand Admiral and a Moff should not be subject to the orders of a lowly guard."
"Your thoughts matter little to me." Kal said as he took the pistol from Veed, ignoring the petty insult. "The Emperor's safety is my primary concern." Kal deactivated his lightsaber and permited them passage. He suspected that Moff Calixte, shrewd woman that she was, had a sensor masked firearm on her. But he wasnt worried. Four Paladins guarded the Emperor at all times. If she made a move, she would be dead in milliseconds.
Kal watched the two go, pleased that he had recieved the chance to humble the powerful Grand Admiral, and then continued to keep his vigil.

" Idiots... " Angel whispered to herself, quietly watching as the Trandoshans got aggressive with the Chiss. " If they took the time to observe their demeanor, it'd be clear they're out of their league. Those Chiss are clearly professional. " Though it was obvious her attention was on the matter, she just sat quietly, sipping at a drink she got from a passing waitress. In mere moments she saw a familar wookie come to deal with the situation. She was tempted to intervene and use the Force to mysteriously cause the Trandoshan to trip or something, but decided against it. Afterall, she was here to enjoy herself, not volunteer for anything.

Veron and Freya rushed over to the scene. "I'll handle this," Veron said, looking over to the combatants, being held aloft by Gorwooken. "What is the meaning of this?" he coldy asked the Chiss and Trandoshan in a stern tone.
The hissing Trandoshan asked who Veron was.
"I am Veron Starsinger, administrator of Cloud City." Veron stated. "You can answer me, and our large Wookie friend here, or you can explain it to the Wing Guard,"
"Or," Freya blurted, "Like, you dudes better tell my old man what your damage is, or the Wing Guard will totally throw you in the pokey!"

The trip to Coruscant had been exactly like it should have been. The shuttle, designed as a pinnacle of stealth achievements, made its way into the hub so successfully, it proved once again the truth of its creators statements. They had garunteed its capabilities to be so refined, that the shuttle did not need any weaponry of any kind to succeed in its mission. Ferno believed, on the other hand, that it was a safety precaution: a failed stealth mission would probably have the occupants wind up dead, and the creator would not fear the consequences of failure.

Ferno, however, had other things to think about. The shuttle only landed for five minutes. The platform, the first thing needed for the successful coup, needed to be cleared. A pair of assassins (provided courteousy of the Intelligence division) would prove to be Ferno's greatest asset in his securing of the landing platform.

The report from the Moff had garunteed Fel to be with the council. On cue, the sith would have to be there. And Ferno's job was to clear the way, letting the four move unhindered into the palace.

Leaving the guards alive was critical. At least, until enough could be patched together. HM proved his utilitarian value, piecing together the speech patterns for response of the now lifeless pair who wasted their lives protecting a piece of concrete. When the morning shift came, Those two found themselves suffering the same fate as their predecessors.

All that remained was the moff council to convene, and the shuttle containing Krayt to arrive.

The main drag of Paradise City stretched across a river on its way past the city limits, spanning a Viaduct. Speeders and more primitive affair rolled back and forth across it with regularity.
Beneath the bridge, shaded from the sun, sat Link, his eyes closed and his legs folded beneath him.
He ignored the noise, managing to push it from his mind and meditated, Seeking to further his understanding of the Force by putting the full strength of his undistracted mind to the task.
His stomach rumbled, and he lost his focus.
Link cracked an eye open to look down disaprovingly.
"Traitor. Still, Sustenance is needed. And since the pockets are empty, other means of aquiring food must be sought." Link picked up a length of wood laying beside him and drew a small knife.
He began to whittle the piece of wood, a task that would occupy him for the next two hours.

Vaan slid back in his seat and looked at Verno. ""Well you see here administrator, Tssirk here stole chips from my friend Ashe and placed them in his friend's pile," he said, lying through his teeth.

Tssirk looked at him in surprise, and then called off his friend, knowing he was caught.

"Not to mention accusing me of cheating," Vaan added, rubbing his throat where the Trandoshan had grabbed him.

Gorwooken looked at the chip piles, and at the Trandoshan and Chiss. He didn't trust the Chiss sitting in front of him, or any of them, for any matter, but Trandoshans were an even worse from of scum, far less likely to be trustable. Growling to the Trandoshan, he said "(Well, I say we take him in on Assault, Cheating, and Theft charges then.)" To Veron.

Aurora watched the scene in front of her amused. She new it was unwise for the Chiss or the Trandoshan to cross Gorwooken. She figured after the Chiss's explanation that he would wnat to charge the Trandoshan with several charges, and possible the Chiss to for causing a scene.

A hman male, dressed in very plain clothes, a shawl and tunic and highboots with pants tucked into them made his way out of the cantina and back to the speeder, where a short, grey robed figure sat in the passager seat, silent and head down. The human got into the speeder on the drivers side and looked to the small robed figure, which turned and peered at the human with golden, round eyes."Well, there has been sitings of a figure around in the wild of a man waving a long blue light, but not much other than that."The human said placing the speeder in drive and making there way through the city called Paradise City once more."Check in training halls we must. Young Link liked these sorts of things."The little robed figure said and the human nodded.

((And just so you guys know, their lightsabers are not visble. Think of the human as what Qui-gonn was wearing in Ep1. Better yet, think of Qui-gonn and you have what he looks like))

"I heartily agree, Master Gorwooken," Rusty said in response. "I also have taken the liberty of summoning the Wing Guard,"
"A good call, my friend," Veron sagely nodded, patting the droid on the head.
"Like, I totally have half a mind to have Gorry here crack their heads together!" Freya harumphed, glaring daggers at both the Chiss and the Trandoshan, resisting the urge to kick at least one of them in the shin. "He'll really do it, too! Hah!"
Veron turned his attention back to the scene. "Now, now, there's no need for that." Turning to Gorwooken, he said, "Gorwooken, release the Chiss," Then, he turned to the Trandoshan. "As for you, you are under arrest. As my droid has stated, the Wing Guard will be here shortly."
"And, like, don't even think of resisting, or Gorry will totally crack your skull!" Freya pointing at the Trandoshan. "And maybe Rusty will like zap you with his shocker thingy-dooder for good measure!"
And, if not for the timely arrival of the Wing Guard, Freya most likely would have expounded on the consequences of resisting arrest, as several uniformed guards showed up.
"Good work, men," Veron calmly said. "Take him in,"

((You act as though you know me. But I have no recollecton of knowing you.))
The activity of whittling gave Link something to take his mind off his hunger for a while, in addition to killing time.
Having finished carving the length of wood into a stake, Link planted it into the ground. Drawing a line of string from his pocket, he fastened one end to the stake. He baited a bent nail with an insect he had found crawling upon his person as he was carving, tied that to the loose end of the string, and cast the line out into the river.
Link sat himself down near his fishing stake and resumed his meditation.
He remembered how he had arrived on the world some time ago, crashing to the surface in an escape pod with the mumified corpse of an Imperial officer his only company.
He had buried the man, a man who did not deserve to die. His murderer had escaped Link, because he had been reckless.
On that day he had vowed to bring that murderer to justice. But Link needed to become stronger before that could happen, more focused and at peace with himself.
Link found himself drawing a token out of his pocket. The token was a small figurine of a man now dead, a tortured soul who had shaped an era. His name escaped Link, but the item was the only clue he had to finding his criminal.
Link retruned the figurine to his pocket sighed, andd resumed his meditation.
