Here's my arguement:
Most of the Nobodies don't remember a thing about they're previous 'lives', if you can call them that. So they can't really judge what his real name was. So that means the names have nothing to do with what the original names were. So Axel could have any name as a 'somebody',
And I think he is Zax's nobody because I like Zax~! blaugh
