She turned and ran along side Catalyxe.
"s**t where did Kori go?! No she wouldnt..."
On Kori's end...
Opening... wheres an opening?!... NOW!...
She lobbed a flashbang into the end half of the last company. It went off and lines went in to confusion. She lept out and cut the officer of a mounter units head off. She carved out a large gap in the lines before they recovered a few seconds later. She ran under a horse and disappeared into its shadow and reappeared in Cyrus's shadow and picked up the pace to match their speed.
"Where were you?!"
"Killin. I ambushed a company of men, flashbanged 'em and cut them down."

The Commander of the Fourteenth Batallion looked down with a very dark smile as the prisoner was brought before him. "So, you thought you could take on the fourteenth Battalion of Parleur de Grave's Haut Army? What a laugh, you are such a weakling!" He grabbed Vain's hair and yanked his head back "You will be lucky if Mistress Megami has you executed, rather than tortured to death" He turned to his guards and gave them the orders. They then put him in shackles beaming with pure light energy to contain him, and proceeded to bring him to the Capitol of Parluer. They brougth him to the Mistress, who was sitting at her throne
"So you are sayign this man was one of those who annihilated the eleventh Flank? Interesting......take him to my chambers, and tend to his wounds. Make sure his shackels do not come off, as they will contain his powers.....he will come to me when he awakes!" The guards did as they told and took him away So, this one is part of the forces of Auro? It is amusing to see them resort to hiring dark beings such as this one to fight their battles for them.......still, I sense a great power coming from him, I may be able to use that to my advantage...

Megami got up and headed to the chamber the prisoner was in. She closed the door behind her and laide back into the chair, her large, scantily-clad breasts bouncing as she sat down "So, I hear you have been giving my army some trouble. Why is it you defend those barbarians of Auro? They are weaklings, and should be gotten rid of so the srtrong like Us may take their place." She smiled maliciously, leaning back and doing the traditional Lift & Squeeze "What about you? You are a powerful being of Darkness, are you not? Don't you want to take full advantage of you powers, to use them for the purposes intended? As my right-hand, of course"

They are weaklings, and should be gotten rid of so the srtrong like Us may take their place." Vain: I was there, lookin for a fight, and your forces seemed to be a chalange for me. Megami smirked darkly, her turquoise skin illuminated by the light pouring in from out the window "Well, it seems you are better suited for my right-hand than I thought....having Dignity, honor, and power......it turns me on!" She got up and walked over to him, and undid his shackles "You are free to go as long as you do not put on a show. But you should really consider my offer. After all, if a powerful being of darkness such as yourself were to rule with a powerful being of light such as myself, so many unneccesary problems could be avoided. Do you not agree that unnessesary skirmishes should be eliminated for the prosperity of the Twin Realms?"

Still running, Daishi sensed the Shadow Flare as Vain was battling the battlion.
Shoot, forgot to tell him elemental attacks were weak against them...
He focused his senses on Vain's aura and felt it diminish, as though being held by something. He immediately surmised Vain had gotten himself captured.
"It seems our enemy has overpowered Vain. I'm going to follow him, be back in a bit."
Daishi disappeared, tracking Vain's energy signal and reappearing in the chamber in which he was being held, hiding in the shadows as he watched and cloaking his aura so he wouldn't be sensed.

"Hah! What an idiot! God, he didnt stop to think they come from a dark world?! That maybe they're immune to any kind of elemental strikes."
She sort of slowed as she talked.
"Just shut up and run! He's not as experienced as the rest of us, in the head or finding the weakness of a foe!"

You can ask me, I am somewhat of a reasonable woman, after all" Suddenly she sensed a slight change in the light refraction near the shadows in a corner "It seems we have an uninvited guest" She swiftly tossed a dagger pulled from her hair in the direction of the intruder, spearing the wall very close by "And the next one will be through his heart if he does not reveal himself!"
