Gloshuan Ithilgalad TionneDawnstar Look, I'm trying to help you since you don't have much experiance... I don't want attitude in my game. The scimitar can not be frost and goblin bane if it's only a +2... you have to have it be at least a plus one to attack. You have to drop one. Those were just suggestions, if you knew more about the game, I wouldn't even have had to waste an hour of my time trying to help you and I could have been mean and denied you from the begining... so please don't be mean to the DM... remember I control all the monsters... sorry sweatdrop xp gonk xp redface xp its fixed xp Alright... you're accepted... I'll put you on the list right now

To tell you the truth, I've never played in a Forgotten Realms game before (though I have a good base of knowledge about the Realms and do read some of the FR books... I heart Drizzt.. But Artemis Entreri is cooler! Oh, I also have copies of many of the FRCS source books) so I've never seen a runecaster in action either. However, right as I saw the class I knew that it was really good. Usually I try to stay away from prestige classes (with assassin being the only exception) but the Inscribe Rune feat and all the upgrades the runecaster bestows on it seem very useful when you look at the limitations of potions and scrolls.

Oh I totally agree! And don't worry about not knowing alot, as long as you have a working knowledge of Realms Drow, you won't be too far behind. Which, if you've read Drizzt and/or War of the Spider Queen, you'll be more then fine!
Runecaster is always one of those that I've wanted to try, but never really had the oppertunity. I end up running games more then playing them.

Pharaun is my favorite character. Ryld is up there too. I've only read the first book, so please don't reveal anything heh. I really liked it, but money issues prevent me from picking up the second. My Girlfriend liked it too, so we might start going in halves on them or something, but she lived in Hamilton, Ontario, which is a big city, and has a library that actually carries books, unlike the one in this peice of crap city I live in. So she can borrow it from the library if she wants.

Well I get my DSL reconnected today, and I've found most of my book, unfortuantely CotSQ wasn't in there... but that's fine. I'm going to get a PDF copy, that way I can have digital maps to show you guys where you are and stuff... it would make things easier, and since I'll have DSL, I'll be able to download it tonight!

They even lack some of the old classics. Like "The Portrait of Dorian Gray."

Yay for DSL heh. I have Cable, I think when I move, if I end up with anything less than DSL, it'll drive me crazy. I have the umm..."web enhancment" for the CotSQ adventure. Don't remember what's in it. But I saw it on the D&D site, so I downloaded it.
