Sora chuckles and sits up after a bit, "Really? Huh, if its' that comfy I wouldn't be surprised." he grins and rubs his head, where he seemed to have hit first.

Axel opened his eyes and watched Sora sit up and rub his head "take it easy man, if you hit your head you should really take it slowly." He quickly stood up and stood in front of Sora and held out his hand again.

"We don't need you loosing your balance because you hit your head, so take my hand this time, hm?" He smiled in a non-teasing way.

Sora glances up at Axel, grinning gently, "I'll try to be more careful." he takes the offered hand and stands up. "Thanks for worrying though."

Axel grinned "no problem man, anytime." Holding his hands at his waist he looked around the area once more, "Well, I've had enough of this mountain for once day, race you to the bottom?" He suggested, looking ready to run at any moment.

Sora stands up and smiles lightly. "Sure. Meet you there!" smirks and takes off, leaping onto the rocks for more advantage.

Alex had followed Draco out of the Auradome and was now in the foothills of the Darsuin mountains. She had been so confident before, but was beginning to doubt herself. What if she couldn't even make an illusion at all? What if she couldn't be strong enough to keep one up for the length of time it would take to find Bastien? What if . . . she failed her family by failing to return her . . . brother? So many doubts were crossing through her mind and she carried an expression of deep thought.

Draco paused at the bottom of the mountain and stared up at it as he slipped a hand through his hair once more. He remembered the last time he had been here was to bring Adele and Linath home. The memory was rather bitter as well, however, because he had tried to find Skalis in order to destroy him. After surveying the landscape, he cleared his throat and looked over at Alex. He had opened his mouth to speak, but paused when he saw the expression on her face. She was quite lovely like that. 'Tis a shame that nothing can ever happen between us. he thought. After all, she was Potter's sister! He had probably corrupted her mind with unthinkable falsehoods about himself. Yes, it was best to simply remain friends with her.

"I've seen the sorts of dragons you can create." he began, as a sort of introduction as well as a way to jar her out of her thoughts. "That's the perfect start for making an illusion. Go ahead, make one now." He took a step away from her and crossed his arms over his chest, watching her. If she was going to do this, he needed to be sure that she had the proper form.

Or, at least, that's what he told himself.

Alex nodded, shaken out of her thoughts by his speech. His watching her made her blush, except this time, she made no effort to hide it.

Looking bashful, she created the dragon with absolute ease, watching it drift about lazily after she had created it. She winked and it blew out a bit of fire from it's maw. She smiled and looked at Draco.

This good? she asked, still bashful at the flush that had risen to her cheeks and was still somewhat there.

Draco couldn't help but slowly let a smirk drift across his lips. She was blushing? Because of him? This was fabulous. Perhaps things weren't so hopeless after all. He gave a very small nod, taking a few slow steps towards her. "Perfect. I'm impressed." he said, his tone nearly a drawl. He paused a few feet away from her and looked up at the dragon that was floating through the air. Yes, it was perfect indeed. She already knew how to do this quite well. He cleared his throat, looking back at Alex.

He knew that he should be watching the dragon to see how long it would exist and how far she could let it drift before it grew weaker, but the girl was too bloody distracting. He traced her profile, the smirk faltering for a moment and instead turning into a very slight frown. ...Stop looking at her, Draco. Focus on the dragon. With that thought, he looked up towards the illusion once more. "Around how far can it go before it begins to fade?" he forced himself to ask, as to not make her aware of anything that he was thinking.

Draco seemed to look at her a little too closely for just friends there for a moment. Alex flushed a deeper shade of crimson before clearing her throat.

Umm . . . not sure . . . she said, letting the dragon drift farther away. After about twenty feet, the red light began to dim. Alex sighed and let it dissipate. This is going to take a while . . . she said, glancing down at the ground. There had to be some way to get to Bastien faster! Unfortunately, she couldn't think of anything.

She tried to keep herself under control. Was Draco . . . interested in her? Her heart was pounding; did he like her? Then there was the feeling of utter hopelessness as far as Bastien was concerned . . . she decided that entertaining the idea that Draco could like her was a much more prefferable subject and decided to dwell on that.

Draco smirked once again when her cheeks flushed a little more. He couldn't recall if he ever had this effect on a female. He glanced up at a lock of hair that had fallen in front of his eyes and lightly blew up it. When that didn't work after a few more attempts, he huffed and moved it away manually. "It might, but you seem to be incredibly intelligent. Don't let it get you down." he said, looking back down at her.

"First, let's start with forming something a little larger, something that he'll be able to see much easier." He lifted his hand and traced a rather large dragon, standing on his tiptoes in order to make it even larger. He used his other hand to craft and define the wings and other limbs. When all of the lines were formed, he snapped, and the lines were instantely filled with a black shadow. It soon looked full and complete, and flapped its wings to fly into the air. "Try something like that. We can work on making it last longer later." he said, turning his attention back to the Fire drake nearby him.

Alex's face fell slightly. He was so . . . cold, almost. Oh well . . . she did have something else she should be focusing on, after all . . .

Her sleeves caught the wind and blew her hair back from her face as she lifted her arm to begin drawing. She used only one hand, but actually got as detailed as to the teeth, and gave the dragons horns this time. The feet actually had talons, and the tail had two spikes on the end. Trying to be as stylistic as Draco, she snapped her fingers and the outline was filled with a lighter shade of red.

The dragon stood probably a foot taller than herself, and it stretched its wings out experimentally before seeing the shadow dragon, which it then decided to fly up to join.

((o.O AAH! I'm having a hard time making decent RP posts tonight. x_x Sorry if it's a bit sad.))

Draco nodded a bit, looking up at the dragon. "Good. It looks nice. Unfortunately, one of its legs is a little shorter than the other, as well as one of the wings." He looked back over at Alex with yet another smirk. "Don't pay so much attention to the useless details than on the thing that will help it fly. Try...well, here, let me show you." He moved slowly to stand behind her and lightly took her wrists. He tried as best as he could to ignore the smell of her hair, and the heat that flew in waves off of her, and concentrated instead on assisting her crafting.

He gently moved her arms a little slower than what she had before, being sure to make the wings and the like even with each other. He only hoped that she was absorbing the movements he was making, as muscle memory was key when creating these. He leaned forward to rest his head near her shoulder, softly speaking into her ear. "Are you getting any of this?"

Fire sprang up where Draco held her wrists, directing her movements. She was numb . . . did he really like her?

She was overwhelmed with a barrage of feelings and curiosities and hopes. When he asked her if she was getting any of it, she shook her head no, and turned to face him, afraid of his scorn, only to find herself almost nose-to-nose with Draco, who had rested his head near her shoulder. She tried to focus; he was making her go slower than she had before, and the left wing did feel a little bigger . . . oh goodness, she couldn't concentrate at all! And those eyes . . . those deep gray eyes . . .

Draco blinked, but remained completely still when she turned to face him. He stared at her with an impassive face, though his eyes were betraying everything that he was trying to hide. All his life, he had become quite adept at hiding his emotions. So...how did this girl walk right into his life and knock down those walls within 24 hours of speaking to her? As if he had been shocked, he stepped away from her, his eyes growing rather wide.

What was going on with him? If anything, he wanted to cancel this training session and go and sit in Nightshade Fields to try to clear his thoughts, but he knew that he couldn't do that. Alex and her family had to find out where Bastien was. For once, he had no desire to be selfish. He blinked a few more times, rubbing the back of his neck sheepishly. "...I shouldn't have expected for you to get it so soon. It takes a lot of practice." He stumbled for something more to say for a few moments, and quickly found it. "I suppose we should work on making these things last longer for now."
