Nicholai Maxwell Well, the nobility and royals often use their powerful standings in the church to influence the people using the concept of the will of an Elemental Spirit. Of course, not everyone is fooled, but...*she stopped abruptly, took a breath, and then continued* Well, basically, they flaunt their power in every way possible it seems. This is not true of the entire country, though. *She smiled* My area was fairly rural and secluded, and thus not touched by their hand as much.
How could people believe that some noble knows the will of the spirits? If they want their will known, there will be no mistaking it.

VTMarik That's at least good to hear.

But enough of this. What would you like to do next? Well, I guess we should probably look for Kyle and Theo. Haven't seen them for a while, and I am kind of worried. We can look into harnessing the darkness power for a puppet later on. *She smiled and stood, then made a gesture for him to lead her to where they were.*

And, nice tee hee, VT. *laughs*)) *Ippi smiled* Hi Theo! ...and Kyle. *She thought, "Wow, Theo is soooo noble. I wish I had a white knight like him in my life." While she swooned, the dark mysterious man that was Chen appeared also. "Darn it," she thought, "I hate when I have to make tough decisions like this.* How are you two? *she turned to look at the girl while she waited for their answer.*

Theodore was slammed into, hit the ground, and looked at her apologetically.
Oh man, i'm sorry... Um- You ok?
Theodore smiled at her, worried that she would be angry, and started helping her recover her books. Kyle had wandered down a little farther and wasn't paying attention to Theodore at the moment Yukina blinked owlishly then knelt to reorganize her books as solemnly as she could manage. Initiates were supposed to show their darkest, most fearsome aspect to outsiders, weren't they? One of the books lay a few feet away, out of her reach, and she scoffed momentarily at it. Then she clapped her hands together and glared at the errant reading material, muttering under her breath intelligibly. The book sank into a puddle of darkness, disappeared, then materialized by Yuki's hand. She picked it up an replaced it atop its fellows, then turned back to Theodore. "You're holding my books." she said waspishly.

Truewind Yukina blinked owlishly then knelt to reorganize her books as solemnly as she could manage. Initiates were supposed to show their darkest, most fearsome aspect to outsiders, weren't they? Fascinated by her showing with the transport of the book, he smiled at Yukina.
There we go, all the books in place.
And that was a cool trick you did there, can all Dark mages do that?Kyle only chuckled at his friend's question. He knew what Yukina was attempting to do, and only wished he could express how futile it was to scare off Theodore with parlor tricks.
He then turned to answer Ippi's question.
I'm doing alright, and I think Theed's doing ok too.

Sacros walked with pace toward the large temple at the centre of the city. His temper flaring as he walked with much gusto. He muttered foul language of the abyssal demons under his breath. He looked toward the temple, hating blinding him in his rage, his heart consumed in darkness. He looked toward the windows, the towers, almost as if he was glaring past the brick, past the glass, into the very symbol of darkness in this temple. He saw the large doors infront of him, and snarled.
The doors suddenly burst forth from their hinges, slamming down onto the tile, sliding and scraping before stopping. In admist the dust which was settling was Sacros. His long cloak flew behind him, his simple cloth armour hanging loosely off him. His wings folded into his body. He looked toward the hall, his eyes searching for where he had first met Gensou. He walked with pace to where that first place was, and stopped in the centre of the grand hall.
"Where are you Sage of Darkness, your servent calls you!" he said angrily calling to the heavens. He looked around the place and yelled again "I say where are you when the Darkness needs you, where does your army hide!" he said angrily looking around for him. All around the room shadows were growing, forming where they shouldn't. He looked angrily at one of the pillars where Shadows were quickly consuming. He was angry, although none knew why.
He looked at the ceiling and saw as Shadows covered all the hall. Soon all the surfaces were darkness. He was standing in seemingly nothing, although all the surfaces were covered in just shadows, otherwise normal. He looked for Gensou, his face twisted...

When the doors came crashing down, Kyle sprung to his feet, drawing his war scythe. Chen moved to defend Ippi, and Theodore scrambled to his feet wishing that he had brought his crossbow with him.
You could've just opened them like a normal...
Kyle looked him up and down.
...being.
Chen and Kyle were both snapped into defensive stances as they watched him 'glide' past. Theodore stumbled on a book and fell on his face before quickly recovering and handing the book to the young lady with the interesting skills.

Ippi gawked at the man who had just entered, her smile fading, and while she had been peering over Chen's shoulder to see him, she fell, catching herself on his shoulder and regaining her balance. "Erm...Chen? What on earth is that? Or rather, who? I THINK it's a person...erm...demon, thing," she said, her voice quaking with fear, while still retaining her light, ditzy nature. She fiddled nervously with her skirt hem as she stood on her own, no longer leaning on him.

"Well...I guess I'll need some protection...I guess?" Ippi sounded so unsure, but her movements were far from such. At this, she drew Ilse out of her pouch, and thrust the small figure in front of her, and she yelled, "ILSE!!! CRYSTAL CHARGE!!" At this, Ilse began to glow with a magenta colored glow that filled her tiny form, and the mechanical mouth opened to reveal a large gem inside. Ippi turned her head away. "Theo...turn away when I signal, alright? We'll try to negotiate a bit, but if that doesn't work...we're going to give him a blast," she spoke in a harsh whisper, unlike her usual self. "Alright, let's get talking." She gestured for him to start the negotiations.
