Here are the stats for the star elves from the Unapproachable East book.

Star elves live in the extraplanar refuge known as Sildëyuir, where they retreated to after abandoning their cities in the Yuirwood. Besieged by an insidious peril from beyond the circles of the world, they face the possibility of being driven from Sildëyuir back to their ancient abode in the Yuirwood. They are cautious and aloof, keeping an emotional distance from events. They can be judgemental, although they take their time and consider many factors before passing judgement on a creature or action. Once won, a star elf's friendship (and enmity) is deep and long lasting. Star elves love beauty in any form and have a knack for perceiving inner beauty rather than outward appearance and actions. Among their own kind, star elves delight in song, dance, and works of magic, but away from their homeland they are slow to bestow the gift of their voice or artistry.

Star elves resemble moon elves, but there are subtle differences. They have pale skin that sometimes takes on a pearly gray or faintly violet tinge, and hair of gold, red, or silver-white. Their eyes are gray or violet, sometimes with gold flecks. Like the sun elves and moon elves, star elves are tall and slender; men average between 5.5 and 6 feet in height and weigh around 140 pounds.

They are the same as Moon Elves except for the following changes:

arrow +2 Charisma, -2 Constitution. These replace the Moon Elves' racial adjustments
arrow Otherworldly Touch (Su): Between sunset and sunrise a star elf confers the ghost touch ability on any melee weapon she wields and any armor she wears, but only so long as she keeps the weapon in hand or wears the armor. Star elves have a magical affinity for starlight that gives them an unusual edge in fighting extradimensional foes.
arrow Extraplanar (Su): Star elves are not outsiders, but they are not native to Faerun. Spells and effects that target extraplanar creatures affect star elves. Banishment, dismissal, and similar effects that banish outsiders return a star elf to Sildëyuir.
arrow Star elves do not get the racial weapon proficiencies moon elves get.
arrow Favored Class: Bard

Most star elves choose the Sildëyuir region.

Nope, no need to sign up for anything. There will be a code in the top right corner and a little place to type it in...

"Oh, okay. Then I'll see what I can do."

"Yay! I'm finally finished with Uriel Underwood. I've decided that since he's a Half-Orc, it would be neat to make him from the Dalelands because he's a druid, and pertaining to the fact that he's half human, it'd be okay for him to come from a human region. Is that okay? Yeah, I thought so, too." :: blaugh ::

"Because it indicates that I am speaking, like when you write a novel of greatest quality (or of any quality at all), you use quotes to indicate that a character is speaking. I know that no one does it in forums, but I do, okay? Yes, that is entirely okay or else I wouldn't do it."

I run with the standard D&D experience system. If a character was in on the combat they get XP. I also give XP awards out of combat, since RPing situations well should be rewarded too. I wrote up some kinda long explanations of my forum combat system for my other campaigns, so I can link to it if you want a better idea how it works in a PBP (play-by-post) game.

I know the distance between everything and everything else, so you can just ask me if the enemy is leader is withing range, and who all would be hit by aiming a fireball at him, then decide to use a Meta-magic feat or not

Ok well that kind of awnsered my question, sorry about the long absense, some one got a virus on my poor little laptop and fried the hard drive so I am having to get it replaced -_-

And the specifics on that character and his race I will be messaging to you shortly, thought it will be in bits and pieces because I have to send you a lot of information, I am so glad that the amount of money you get is based off the length of your posts/PMs

You need to make sure that it is a forgoten realms campain where you are from a spacific area first because if it isn't you'd be a fool to make him from the dalelands if we all start out in Hordelands, also if it is a Forgotten realms campaign then you need to look into a Forgoten Realms Campaign guide because it says in it where orcs and half orcs are from and that you ASK the GM before jumping to conclusions.
I happen to know that there are a lot of things you can get by being from the dalelands and if it were upto me I would say you are from the Orc home lands if anything. Besids as a Druid it would be best to make him from the orc lands as both a RP perspective and a no brainer perspective, you are a DRUID, guardian of nature, you hate big towns as their expantion eventually would mean the extermination of things of the wild, and "Human" towns generally have the habit of killing off creatures in the surrounding areas that they are built on.
As it is the Dalelands is one of the most bothersome areas to have a player start from simply because of all the things that they can find in that particular area, from Dungeons to races and guilds there is a whole can of worms if you start making crap up with out knowing what you are doing as most people do when they are RPing, if you have the Books for the area known as "The Dalelands" that is cool because it gives you something to base things off of, but the area that is called "The Dalelands" is actually centered on a major town called Waterdeep and that place is Hell on wheels if you don't know what you are doing so that would be about all I have to say about that one, so once again ASK THE GAME MASTER BEFORE YOU START SAYING I AM DOING THIS I AM DOING THAT. It makes the makes the gods not want to play a where they use what I call the Law of Suburban rolleyes
Side not for the GM: I was needing to know if it is a Forgotten Realms Campaign then what starting areas are available because we start in a specific area such as Icewind Dale, then it makes no sense to be from Thay, aside from that I need to pick my starting region on the known world, that alters regional feats as well as giving you optional starting package add-ons. also I have to roll my character on pen and paper because I don't have access to the computer for much longer... stupid public library time limit of one hour... so I should have my character done in almost no time

Okay, you're kind of assuming an awful lot. First off, you could eaisly have lived in, say, the Dalelands for most of your life, and then decided to leave, and become a druid afterwards. It's not like you're born into your class. Secondly, unless the DM states that you can only be from certain areas, there's no reason you can't originally be from somewhere. Like my character is from Anauroch, but more recently he had to leave, and so wherever we start is likely to be where he's currently ended up in his travels. It's not like people can't travel.

Oh, and The Dalelands and Waterdeep are two different regions. They're pretty far away from each other.

Is there enough room for one more? And if there is could I have a magic tattoo? They're in the FRCS as a lvl 2 spell and the tattoo I would want would require a caster lvl 3 spellcaster so it would cost 60 gp.
