"Ah, I see. The life of a muse is hard, isn't it?" Ari said with a sad nod. She had always found it a little ironic that those in occupations needing creativity often didn't get good pay. It was a sad truth in the world. "I'm surprised you can function. I wouldn't be able to with so little sleep."

"Yes, extremely," she nodded. "I'm surprised I've made it this far on my own."
She was almost done with the sandwich, just a few more bites to go. Maybe she would steal one up to the flat and figure out exactly how they put this together. Was the peanut butter on both sides of the bread? Or just one? How many slices of turkey? She also wondered if Gavin would eat it.

"Well I do hope your good luck continues," Ari told her with a smile and offered as an afterthought, "If you need time alone you can bring Gavin over and have me watch him or something. Oh! That reminds me! Directions!" She quickled dug through the basket, moving things around until she found a small notebook with plain paper about the size of an address book. She went to the back, ripped out a piece, and quickly wrote down names of roads, turns, and other directions for getting to her home. She added a phone number as well. She then passed the paper over to Remi, "There you go."

"So do I," Remi smiled back. She needed luck these days. Lots of it.
"Oh yes! Directions. Thank you."
She took the piece of paper from Ari and carefully put it in the pocket of her jeans. She would have to add it to her own list of contacts, which as of right now consisted of two people: Dacian and Ari.
"Could I steal one more sandwich before I bring him back up to the apartment?" she asked innocently, as if she feared being rude for asking the question.

Ari laughed and shook her head, "Be my guest! I don't think I'll eat them...my stomach is rather sensative." She sifted through the sandwitches and handed two peanutbutter and turkey ones to Remi. Well, at least someone liked them! Ina probably would've been pretty smug if she had known. Ah well. Nap time was too good to mess up.

"Thank you so much!" Remi's face brightened when Ari handed her the sandwiches. Now she could dissect them, and figure out what made them so delightfully delicious.
"Oh, and if you ever need to find me, I'm at the top floor of that building," she said, pointing to the building by the gardens. It was only fair that since Ari gave her directions, that she should return the favor. She walked toward the grass and picked up the unconcious Gavin.
"Well, it was great meeting you," Remi smiled one last time. Then she waved, "I'll be seeing you around then!"
And she walked off toward the building, where she could put Gavin to rest.

"Great meeting you too!" Ari called after her with a smile. She then turned and began to clean up all the food and wrappers spread out along the blanket. When they were all put away she folded up the fabric and put it in the basket as well. Then, shifting the item over her shoulder she moved over carefully and picked up Ina. Time to head home and make sure she got a nice sleep.
