I need some feedback if possible for this before I take it further. It is for an Art Competition and I want to know if the proportions of the figure are ok. Sorry for the picture quality. I took it with a not-very-good digital camera since it's too big to scan and too much effort to do multiple scans and paste together.

Her right leg is too short, and I think maybe her breast could be a little high, to balance the pose. But it might be ok where it is if the leg is lengthened.
What have you used to put that colour on?

Thanks Kit whee , It does look a little short. I find it hard to see these things after finishing a sketch and needed some guidance. I'm going to be painting it in Acrylic paints.

Hmmm... I was impatient and painted most of the background already. So it isn't going to be too easy to change the leg... Ooops. :/

Hogosha No Juunikyuu Oh dear sweatdrop Poor Szin 3nodding
I'm just to impatient to draw... Tha and I'm a perfectionist and get worked up over stuff like that really easily whee Me too actually, if I'm actually going to be putting a lot of time into something, like this, I want it to be perfect. I know I will never be happy with the result anyway but If I aim really high then It has to come out something like good... right?

You cannot rush these things 3nodding Having said that, I'm sure it's going to come out looking great anyway, with or without the correction on the leg.
