"Yeah, well. Lets concentrate on getting Jen to be able to hinder someone from using their powers."
He got up, stepped back, and motioned for jen to get up as well. "Ill try and levitate you into the air. Now, keep in mind its pretty hard for m to hold large objects steadily in the air, so it shouldnt be hard for you to block me enough to lower you."

Jen stood up and nodded. "Alright." She said, sighing slightly, and concentrating on Matt's power of levitation, to be ready when he tried it.

"Ready? Lets go." He got in a strong stance and focused on Jen. She slowly, and shakingly, raised into the air as Matt began to sweat.

Jen touched back onto the ground and Matt began to rise into the air. She opened her eyes, still concentrating on blocking Matt's power, and countering it. She brought him back down to the ground and was now just countering the levitation.

A look of shock and a little fear came on Matt's face, and he lost his focus. He loosened up and stoped trying to levitate Jen. "Nice. You're one powerful empath. Your power is anything but bleh.
