My little brother is in kindergarten now, and apparently he and this girl named Hannah are quite an item. When my father went to the open house thingy the school had, apparently all the other parents there knew about the matter. Chris and Hannah are the talk of the class sweatdrop

Once, my brother came home from school and when my father asked him how school was, he went "You know what? I kissed Hannah today", all proud like. Then he asked "does that mean we're married now?" He sings songs to her and everything too, protects her from other kids... Geez, I'm 4 times as old as he is and he already gets more play than me sweatdrop stare

God, I love these anecdotes. Before I get old and senile I swear I will write them all down. I could go on for ages. I love this guild cos people actually care about your kids stories, fussy eating, poo dramas, etc.....

I wanted to say something similar happened to me a few weeks ago.
I had a friend over (there's always someone else around when these things happen!) and Theo asked to use the potty. So I took his nappy off and he went off...... Next thing I hear "oooohhhh, stickers, stickers"
and he comes out with damn near a whole box of panty liners stuck all over him!!!
We nearly died laughing.

Man....I love this guild......! ROTFALMAO

Last Thursday I went to hang out with some of my other mommy friends, and one girl has a daughter who is about 6 months old - she (the mom) absolutely adores my baby, and since he's been growing super tall, we wanted to measure the 2 babies - We laid them side by side, and Walter kind of flops his hand over to Bentley(the girl) and she kinda reached over too...

then it was so cute - Walter curled his little fingers around hers ^_^ They were holding hands. Awwww.

So apparently my little boy has a crush on a woman twice as old as him! But he's taller than her, so it's OK.

When I was in kindergarten, I had found a bottle of red nail polish. I came to school that day, lined up all the boys and girls, and painted everybodys fingernails. The teachers didn't find out til after it had dried, and someone had to go out and buy nail polish remover xp

I don't expect that my 2 yr old can really understand mommy having a baby inside her belly, but she is really interested in it. Sometimes she hugs or kiss my belly and talks to baby. Today she took it too far though we were sharing a bottle of water and she decided baby needed a drink, so she poured the water into my belly botton, and all over my pants.

I have so many...But for now hers one my brother wont let me live down.
I was working on some artworki was behind on and had the kids happily drawing with their markers and crayons. It was still light outside but since i needed to get that done we were inside for a bit. My brother and his friend were outside chatting when suddenly i hear kenny and his friend say "oh my god, what is that, pudding? I look at the door and see rian standing there. The "big door was open so we could let lots of light in but we had the glass screen door. on the door was what looked alot like chocolate pudding, and rian was finger painting with it. Then i realised there was no pudding for him to get. I look closer and see him reaching into his diaper....

This is one from my oldest, not too funny but very cute. I spent about 2 days watching the entire Fushigi Yuugi series that my friends had and my oldest (who was then my only) watched with me when she was awake (I decided to use the few days that she was sick and sleeping through to watch it.. since when she was little she always had a day or two of sickness and sleeping after imunazations.. that was until after she turned 1 and then never did that again) anyway.. the day after we are done watching them and she is feeling better I take her out on a walk to go see my sister and her kid.. my Oldest see's her cousins little toy rattle duck and falls in loves with it.. calling it "Chichiri!!" .. it was so cute!

This one is very funny.
Once when Sieryn (my youngest) was little, I was changing her diaper and singing to her (she was being a fuss) and I leaned over to get a diaper wipe (was changing her on the couch.. with a towel under her bum) and she PEE'S ON ME! it got in my hair, on my face, my shirt and my skirt.. I squeeked! Looked over to my husband, who by the way saw the whole thing and was laughing and said "You can finish this! Im taking a shower!!" .. it was okay.. because I needed a shower badly (no I wasn't smelly.. it's just hard to get the time to take a shower with a 1 month old and 3 year old and my husband had just recently gotten home from work).. at least none got in my mouth.. -_-;

this is cute, and a little funny.
It's difficult to explain to a 16 month old that Mommy has a baby in her belly, so try as I may.. I will show her my slightly growing belly rub it gently and say "there's a baby in mommy's belly.. A baby" so she likes to rub her belly whenever I try and tell her that there is a baby in my belly. smile so if you ask "Sieryn.. Where is the baby?" she starts rubbing her belly!

Man, I wish I had more to share, but alas, no kids. And there aren't many more tails to tell about my nephews. I just don't remember anymore -or most of what I experienced, wasn't that cute or funny -to me, at least.. my sister and her husband got a huge kick out of their older boy and I arguing like brother and sister, though.

Thank you, both of you, for sharing your stories. ^_^

Yikes, I'm so happy neither of my kids did that. My nephew took off his diaper once.. and covered himself with his own poop.. then came out of the bathroom screaming like a banchee.. my sister grabbed him by his wrist.. and dragged him (literaly.. he was being dragged along on the floor by his arm...) to the bathroom.. screamed at him .. gave him a bath, spanked him rather harshly afterwards.. and made him take a nap..
(my nephew was almost 3 when this happened.. it was just this summer .. and she still hasn't potty traned him yet))
