I have my ears done, and my cartilege is done on my right ear. I think I want a second peircing in my left ear, just above the first one.

I have had a tattoo for a nearly a year now, got her done last August:

Hmm... I maintain my statement that Celes' art is prettier heart 3nodding

Thanks Gemmy, that means a lot!

But I guess the picture he drew for me is so special becuase its of Celes. He created her, and I fell in love with her. And he actually drew her, for me. Personally. You know?

I love his artwork, he's one of my biggest inspirations. 3nodding

Malkut~ Ooooh, etched would be nice, but quite painfull no? Im going to have to get a picture of the back of my neck to show everyone. (And also see for myself) lol

Moogles make me feel squishy too. xd

I like Amano's art too! Together with Ayami Kojima he's one of my favorite artists!
I'd be honoured to have a drawing created for me! Your lucky celes ^^

No worse than getting at tatoo...it's basically a tattoo with no ink.

Just one piercing in each ear for me.

I'm not about to run out and get any more piercings or a tattoo. Whether or not my mom would flip isn't a factor (though she would). I just HATE needles.

And the idea of having a tattoo when I'm 80 doesn't sound appealing...but oh well.

It's understandable. 3nodding

My sister's odd because she is horribly phobic about needles, but she's got both ears pierced, her lip and her nape. She's also planning on getting a big tattoo on her back (I guess at least that way she can't see the needle. ^^; ).

I've recently been thinking about getting a Mitsu Tomoe tattooed on my wrist. . . not sure though.

Sel, one thing about tattoos. There are people who will judge you if they see you have one, and there are workplaces that will not hire people with visible tattoos. They will say it doesn't look professional. I implore you if you do decide to get one, don't put it on your wrist or anywhere else that your hair or clothing won't cover for you when you want it to. Tattoos are great but you should have the option to cover them up when it's needed.

Yeah I know, that's my main concern and why I've held back. With one on the wrist I figure I can put a bracelet or watch over it. But yeah, when I finally figure out where my career is going to be and what the requirements are, that's probably when I'll finally decide whether I want one or not.

That's actually one of the reason's I got mine as small as I did...one of those round band-aids will cover it. And I've got the martial arts explanation if anyone cares (who would be looking at my foot anway?), and being a black belt usually gives you brownie points that might overcome a tattoo.

But yes...visibility is DEFINATLY a concern when getting tattooed.

Okay, I'm gonna put a little mini-bio into this, hehe.
I decided when I was about 16 that I wanted to do body mods for every significant moment of my adult life. I already had my ears done when I was like 8, as seen here:

So starting when I turned 18, I had my belly button pierced. I was still kinda new to the whole piercing thing, and none of my friends had anything done, so I didn't have any help looking after it. As a result, it got pretty badly infected and my body started to reject it. However, the infection cleared up before it totally grew out, so it's just a really shallow piercing now. It still serves its purpose though, I may get it redone someday. Here's a pic, with my fave barbell, hehe:

When I graduated high school, I got a Celtic cross tattooed on my outside right ankle. Seemed appropriate, seeing as I'm both Irish and Christian, so it's something I won't hate when I'm older. It's pretty faded... I got it during the winter and then when it was scabbing, it all got picked off because it was rubbing against my socks and boots. So I have to get it touched up, but I don't mind too much. The rush you get in the chair is amazing... Have a look, my artist did a kick-a** job:

For getting accepted to university, got my nose pierced. No pics of that, unfortunately, and my webcam is down. I shall take a pic as soon as possible however and I'll post it here.
That's all I have so far, but I have more planned.
When I turn 20, gonna have my lip done. When I get married, I have this really cool tribal heart that will go on my outside left ankle, and my husband's name will go in it. Here's a pic:

When I have kids, their names will go on stars on my inner left ankle. May also get various piercings done for age milestones, am still undecided.

And WHEN the Toronto Maple Leafs win the Cup, the TML symbol will go on my right foot. It'll happen someday! LOL ninja

Guess what...I got my ears pierced! I have CZ studs in them now and they look cute. It didn't hurt either...I'm quite pleased with myself. 3nodding

I don't think I'll be getting piercins anytime soon. I once pierced the top of my hear but my body rejected it and it got all swollen, tried again and it happened again. Also with a second earring in both of my ears, so now I only have the ones left I got when I was one year old. Don't ask me how they stayed there. Anyhow, I'm afraid it will happen again if I do get something pierced.

For tattoos, my skin is allergic to many things, don't know if a tattoo might be a smart idea, since I don't know if my body will be able to stand the ink. If I do wish to get one it'll be on my shoulder blade, I can cover it up easily this way smile
