velvetme if you "Mc" anything if the word "Seriously" takes on a whole new meaning if you have considered moving to Seattle if you have considered going into medicine if you looked for a volume of Greys Anatomy at Barnes & Nobel just to see it if you refer to it as "the show" as if everyone else around you should know exactly what you are talking about, even if they don't watch if you tracked down Can't Buy Me Love to see Patrick pre-McDreamy if you have trouble sleeping on Thursday nights if you have ever used a phrase like "you're having an (insert name here) moment", such as Izzie, Meredith, McDreamy, etc. if you talk to your tv while watching if you now own or wear scrubs (double points if they are salmon colored) if you have been disappointed by your primary care physician recently because he didn't request a neuro consult for surgery (even though you are in for a routine physical) I have done all of those things except for the part about Patrick pre-McDreamy and the routine physical! I find that hilarious...

*When you post random comments on the channel website who shows Grey's Anatomy
*When you LOVE "How to save a life" and "Chasing cars" for ever just because they were both on Grey's Anatomy
*When people say that some random song was on Grey's Anatomy and you're sitting down, scratching your head going "I didn't hear that song..." (That happened to me the other day)
*When you and your Grey's Anatomy buddy are totally convinced that your best friend looks like a character in Grey's Anatomy (Addison in this case)
*When, on Sunday 8:30pm, which is when they show it here in Australia because of the damn ratings war, while you're watching Grey's Anatomy, you start copying the lines of anyone, driving your mom nuts

-when wearing scrubs is now cool (need to find some in the real world)
-when you download "Cosy in the Rocket" off iTunes and start dancing to it
-when you say seriously a lot (I did that before GA)

This is what I have done before and I thought I would post it. NOTE: this is for Grey's Anatomy fans that are equestrian/horse lovers if there are any out there...
*When you call your horses(in my case but can be any pet) names from the characters in GA because they act like them. -my pony Silver is totally a McSteamy.
*When you consider changing your horse's show name to McSteamy or McDreamy.
*When you have named your dog Doc in memory of Meredith and Derek's doggie.
*When you make your dressage musical freestyle song either "How to Save a Life", "Chasing Cars", or one of the many songs that have been on any episode of GA

oh here is some more(I do all of them):
*Wearing Hello Kitty band-aids is now considered "cool".
*You own all of the episodes up until the one aired on last Thursday.
*You watch Grey's Anatomy in more than one language and understand it all (for me it's Swedish,English,Norwegian)
*To help you learn another language you watch re-runs of Grey's Anatomy in that language on Youtube.
*You nearly commit homicide when your sister/brother wants to watch another show when it's almost Grey's Anatomy time..
*You have to be home at least 30 minutes before Grey's starts to make sure you are all comfortable and prepared to see what ever shocking events come up in the episode
*Your eyes are glued to the tv when they show surgeries and all you say is whoa...that's awesome.
*When you constantly beg your parents to bring home or order a scalpel so you can practise making incisions and the making sutures on bananas.
*You watch re-runs of GA and write down all the medical information giving on the show and meorize it.
*Your friends come to you and ask for medical advice because to them you have received your M.D and are in internship at Seattle Grace because you have memorized all the 'doctor talk' on the show.
*Grey's Anatomy has made you want to be a doctor/surgeon (in my case I have always wanted to be a surgeon)
*You take mental notes from GA so that when you are a super awesome surgeon you won't make the mistakes: 1.Do not sleep with interns, 2. Do not sleep with attendings, 3.Do not fall in love with patients...

When you ask random people if they like GA just so you can ask "DID YOU SEE WHAT THEY DID ON THE LAST EPISODE!?!?!?" and even if they've never heard of GA, you ramble on about what happened and interrupt yourself and be like, "Oh and then they did this, I mean, Serisouly guys? Seriously? Oh yeah, back to the episode..."

...when you are at a restauraunt trying to explain to a friend (who has never seen Grey's Anatomy) who McDreamy is, so you whip out your handy dandy iPod video, quickly push a few buttons to get your dreamy-est McDreamy photo, and show it to your friend as you a waitress is walking by. The waitress keeps going for a few more steps, stops, and backtracks towards your table, saying: "I saw McDreamy!"
