Its fine as long as its completely okay with both parties.
However, unfortunately that is not the case with most real-life incest, and with a lot of brother-love pairings like ItaSasu. Incest is okay by me, but I am firmly anti non-con.

It just depends for me. Depends on the characters, the situation, how they handle it, etc. I don't go looking for incest, but there are a few incest couples I like. ::shurgs::

real life: forget it! that is wrong unless its adopted brothers in which case they arent blood brothers and thus it isnt incest.
yaoi: im a bit more tollerant of yaoi incest cause most of the time i dont think about it. if they make it too obvious that its incest then i dont like it but if its not that obvious i dont mind.

i'm always looking for incest in a series. maybe thats why Tenshi Kinryouku is my favorite manga...cause i'm up for any incest!
yes i have siblings of both genders, but i still see incest as a 'star crossed lovers' thing. it has to be love from both sides.
probably cause i see love as a spiritual tihng, so its not based on family but based on your soul's 'other half'.

Some incest is awesome, while others compel you to violent spasms of projectile vomiting.

I don't mind it. For awhile, in a role-play me and my friend have been writing together, two characters who are brothers fell in love... but really, I don't care for it much.
ItachixSasuke is a bit cute, though, but I still prefer SasukexNaruto.

Let's see...incest is an iffy issue to me. There are some that just should NEVER be preformed (ie: KagomeXSouta & Seto KaibaXMokuba Kaiba) but in most cases I find it quite interesting. It crosses that thin like between real love & family love. I think that love is love and shouldn't be held back just because of blood.

I'm kind of on the line.
In real life, I'm pretty much live and let live. If they're consenting adults and they're not reproducing with each other, I figure that it's none of my business.
In fiction, though, I tend to avoid reading it. There was an incestuous yiff scene in The Fox Woman, and I couldn't decide whether the incest or the yiff squicked me more.
(The Fox Woman is a pretty decent book, by the way. It has a slashy scene later on.)
I suppose it would be possible for me to read and like an incest fic if it were written right.
