i think i missed that section of charmed tnt kinda skips hear and there and plus me not home all the time i tend to miss episodes witch really sucks so i can't tell you

Ok i have a huge question, the charmed prophacey was for three sisters with THREE powers each. ok,
Phobe could get primonitions, levotate, and was an empath.
Piper could freez, blow up, and .....?
Page could orb and orb stuff
where is Piper and Pages third power? and what is it?

Well Paige was able to heal.
Piper's power became stronger I can't think of anything else.
I don't think the prophesy was to have three powers each... was it?
I thought it was just three sister witches with three powers between them. Hmm I don't know now.

The Prophesy never said that each would have three powers. It said that one would have the power to stop time, one would be able to move objects with her mind, and the other would have the power of premonition. You should try to rewatch the first episode, it pretty much explains it better than I can.

Do you think Leo is a good Elder? I think Leo was a good Elder he just had a hard time dealing with the fact that he was leaving his wife and son to fulfill it and as well he stuck with the elders until the whole Gideon thing and so he was confuse over the death of Chris and then joining the avatars to get his life back with Piper,with there being no magic
