Polgara smiled and took Dil without a second thought holding the child close to her. She laughed softly as she pulled the child's thumb from her mouth. "No," She murmurs softly. "Not good for your teeth..." She sighs a little, she really did miss this feeling.

Kaelin giggles as she shook her head "I have yet broke him of that habit, he loves his binkie, So if he doesn't have it he sucking on his thumb." placing her hands behind her back she peeks into the study wondering if her grandfather go a place ready for Dil.
Dil whimpers alittle in his sleep before he falls silent again. His fingers move alittle before they rest ontop of the medallion. He doesn't grab it his hand just remains there as he continues to sleep.

Polgara smiles and reaches the study sticking her head in the door. She shakes her head and sighs exhapsorated, entering the room and placing Dil gently down in the area her father had made for the child. Granted he'd forggotten to come out and mention it... though to his defense she coudl see why.
Sol was asleep in his chair, he must have sat down to call them and let them know, but his days without sleep had finally caughten up with him.

Kaelin smiles watching her grandfather for a moment. Glancing around she smiles spotting a blanket. Walking over she picks it up before returning to lay in over her grandfather. Leaning foreard she kisses his cheek before turning back to her mother "I'm talk to grandfather another day, he needs his rest." taking a seat in another chair she watches her son for a moment.
Turning she looks back at her mother "Mum would it be alright if I stay here. I don't have the heart to move Dil. He looks so peaceful, and I sadly don't think it would be safe to travel at night to the haven off this isle. Not with Dil." she shivers just thinking about it for a moment.

Polgara looked up from watching the child and smiled. "By all means... I will set up a room for you if you'd like, and don't mind waiting here with Dil, unless you'd like to watch me do it..." She laughed and rolled her eyes. "I promise it won't be all that exciting..."

Kaelin looks at Dil for a moment. She was still in the stage where she didn't want to leave her child alone. Biting her bottom lip she turns slipping out of the chair "I'll join you, it will give me a chance to spend more time with you. I think he'll be fine."

Polgara smiles and nods her head. "Alright, I'll make it a room close by, and I'll sleep in one of the guests tonight..." She stands and motions for Kaelin to follow as she heads out the door and down the hall, stopping in front of another door not a far distance later, and opens it, walking in.
She randomly points around and says things needed for someone to stay a night, and they apear where they need to be.

Kaelin glance around the room taking it in, turning she smiles to her mother "So who out of me, Victor, and Sy has the closest powers to yours? I know my powers are alot like moms." her wings flutter before she rest her back against the wall.

Polgara was silent for a time as she thought about it, and then finally. "None," She replied. "Victor does his things with shadows... Sy can hear animal's thoughts... I think... I never really got close to that girl too much... and then there is you..." She sighed as she finally summoned the last piece of furnature needed. A bassient. "Shall we go get Dil so you can settle in?" She asked, not really wanting to dwell on the whole... power thing...

Kaelin nods thinking for a moment if it would be the same case with Dil. Shakign her head loose she nods "Alright that would be the best thing to do." she turns as she push her hair from her face. "Thanks for allowing me to stay mom."

Polgara smiled and gave Kaelin a hug, before letting her go and heading down the hall. "It seriously is no problem Kaelin, none at all!" She laughs a little and waits at the door to the study for Kaelin, besides, she still had a few things to do tonight before she went to bed herself.

Kaelin loosk over the room for a moment before she turns following after her mother. Lifting her arms above her head she yawns shaking her head "mmm I guess I might turn in sooner then I think. Its been a long day." blushing she rubs at her eyes.

Polgara smiles. "It has, but I will be retiring soon myself, just have some last miniute things to attend to, so I will see to it that you and Dil have a nice comfy room." She laughed a little as she entered the study long enough to make sure Sol was alright, and let Kaelin get Dil.

Slipping into the study Kaelin moves over to pick Dil up cradling the child in her arms. Turning back she gives her mother a nod as she hums softly to Dil. Her hand running slowly up and down his back.

Polgara smiles and heads out of the study towards where Kaelin and Dil will be staying, she wanted to makesure the two were bedded down for the night before she conitinued with what had become ritual and routine for her.
She would go into the kitchen, clean up what little there was left... and then go to bed.
