Layuta soon began to put away his groceries, biting his lip.'Who was that? Hw did he know what I am....?' He thought, growing a bit iratated. Sighing a bit, he went to change into his work uniform. He worked as a waiter in a restaurant. he changed quickly, leaving as soon as he could and taking whatever route he could to avoid people all together.

Hours had past and he stood outside an empty warehouse. Well it wasn't exactly empty, it was home to building materials such as lumber and a few new residents... human corpses. Nataku was cleaning the blood from his most favored sword, a No-dachi, just as the first drops of rain had started to fall from the clouded sky. He put the weapon away and lowered amber colored eyes to watch the pavement darken in color as it became damp. He had his money, he had his new target, and he now had no one to serve. As a free agent, his time was his own until another bought his services.
The half-demon made his way back to the city and back toward his own living quarters. He kept to the back alleys and out of the main flow of traffic, he didn't care much for humans and if they knew what he was, he suspected the feeling would be mutual. Again, by pure accident this time, he bumped into another being. Looking up, his eyes focused on the same angel he had scared earlier that day. Without hesitation he smiled and spoke, "Well hello again. I'm afraid I didn't catch your name the first time we met."

Layuta gasped, backing up. He didn't scream, nor did he speak, although he did try. After a few minutes, he murmured his name," Layuta..." his voice was soft. He looked at the other man, fear in his eyes.

Kira sighed. "There were 22 of them. Almost every person out there was out of uniform. They were working on a bust. The slightest movement to make amiss...they would have pounced." He ran his fingers through his hair.

this time, sabriel had left his appartment and adjusted the headband he kept around his head while he calmly walked down the streets in search of some food and possible entertainment. "hm?" he took a small notice of something common, yet somehow it was ringing, 'NOT.' although, he stopped only to glance at them, then at the resurant he was searching for rite over to their side. carefully he weaved across the masses to reach it, and felt himself staring rite at the taller man in some strange interest, but he brushed the weird feeling off.

Nataku was amused by this scared angel. It wasn't often he approached others directly and spoke to them, but today had been different. "A beautiful name for a beautiful angel."The demon leaned on and hovered close to Layuta's neck before his tongue flicked out and tasted the fallen one's skin. After, he backed off while smirking and stepped to the side, and allowed the other to pass. "Have a most pleasant evening."
Sure he smelled like blood and death, the was something not even an acid bath could remove. Once you killed, you wreaked like it for the rest of your life. Nataku had a choice, go home to an abandon apartment building and sleep on a torn up sofa or... follow Layuta's scent and simply take up temporary residence at the angel's home. The second option appealed to him more.

Layuta fled quickly, tears in his eyes. How could that person act like that? More importantly, how did he know? Various thought like this entered his head as he ran to work, not caring that he almost knocked several people over.

The demon watched the other flee again. He shook his head and slicked his rain drenched hair back and out of his eyes before following his keen nose. He ended up back tracking the path to Layuta's place and looked at the angel's door. Testing the doorknob, he found it locked bu after tapping the lock with his gloved index finger, the door clicked open and Nataku walked inside, closing the door behind him. He planned to wait here until the angel returned.

Layuta returnes to his house at about midnight, yawning as he opened his door. He went to his room, unaware that Nataku was in his house.He threw off his uniform and lay on his bed,pulling his blanket up above his head.
